Bush's Chicken

Staff was friendly, and the chicken came out fast. We had the 4 piece tender meal and it was hot and good. Love their house hot sauce it was tasty. Restaurant was very clean.

Enjoyable dining experience. The food was made to order, so fresh and hot, the mac and cheese, fries and rolls were super delicious. Friendly staff. Good, clean and friendly environment. I recommend Bush's Chicken over all other competition.

Monica at this location is amazing! Two days ago I ordered two 4 tender meals. I don’t know about you but if I pay $9 each meal, I expect tenders and not nuggets. I called immediately after arriving home and spoke with Monica. She apologized and informed me about a tender shortage. She went above and beyond and said she would call me whenever tenders returned to normal size. I had very little expectation of this to actually happen but she did! She called me two days later and compensated! Now that’s what I call GREAT customer service, which is extremely RARE these days!!

Very friendly manager (I'm assuming she was the manager, different color shirt from other staff) took the time to point out how I could get what I was asking for, the way I was asking for it, food came out quick and was carried to the table. Love the rolls! Chicken was hot, tasty, and restroom was clean! A clean restroom is so important when judging a business too.

Amazing! The service was kind, courteous and very fast. Our order was out quickly with everything hot! The dining area was clean and well marked for the Coronavirus protocols. We will definitely be including Bush's Chicken! to our favorites list!

This place has the best chicken! Really large pieces, plus very tasty! The young man that waited on us was very courteous and helped us save money. He told us about the special they were having, he was very professional! I see this young man moving up in life. God bless him and his parents for bringing up such a well mannered, caring person!!!!

Alex did an amazing job !! Not sure if Alex is the manager but they ran the inside & drive thru like a pro they were running the register, giving refills & answering coworkers questions and all while serving a very busy location!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Stopped in yesterday at around 2:30pm. This place was sooo clean I'd almost eat off the floor. Staff was friendly. Great job!!!!!! Oh and...the sweet tea and tenders were awesome too (as always)

It's a shame there aren't any Bush's near Houston, because they were absolutely phenomenal, crispy chicken with a sweet and spicy breading, and rolls that are absolutely to die for. Would absolutely eat here again and again.

Spent four days in Pleasanton hiding from hurricane Harvey. Found this place on the last day on the way home. If I had known how good it was, we would have eaten there four times.

Employees went above and beyond today. No specific reason, just because they are those kinds of ppl. It struck me because I’ve had unpleasant and rude customer service recently. I will Be back!
