Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever done business with. I pay 80 something dollars every six months for a box and I never received my packages on time. I had a package delivered this morning at 8 o’clock and at 3 o’clock it still wasn’t in my box. I went inside and asked about my package. They said any packages that came in today are for tomorrow. So then I called and spoke to the manager and she gave me the same story, but yet my other packages that came in today were in my box. They are rude and unwilling to help.

Reviewed this post office 3 years ago gave them a good review. Since then I have been told they would not deliver to my address, no reason given other than the carrier didn't want to. Complained to the Postmaster General. Got my service back, but packages never arrive, check tracking numbers, says delivered, go to office they wouldn't look for it with out slip, show them tracking number, nothing they can do they say. No one does their job or cares about doing their job.

They can’t find my address? In an apartment complex in town? That UPS and FedEx have no problem finding? But if i pay an extra $3 they’ll suddenly find it. Their automated phone service is absolute garbage. Their web site is absolute garbage. Any taxpayer funds given to this organization is thievery.

They need to get rid of the young girl. Shes worked there for a while, yet knows absolutely nothing. She'll just lie out her teeth when she gives you an answer because she doesnt know, instead of asking someone who can actually help.

Also i keep getting "issues with your delivery" notifications. Sad that UPS, Amazon, etc., have never had a problem, yet the local post office who runs the same route daily has an issue

The incompetence at this post office is staggering. In true government form, they clearly have their heads buried so far up their butts they will be able to smell crap for years to come. There isn't a package, that's properly addressed, that they can't find some way to return, lose, or damage in some shape, form, or fashion. They told me I wasn't adding my P.O. Box number to my packages that caused them to be returned. I started having friends send snapshots of the label before mailing, proving that they were incorrect.
I can't file a complaint because the post master is always conveniently out of the office, on vacation, or at lunch.

I haven't been impressed since obtaining my P.O. Box over a year ago, and will be changing my address this week instead of dealing with this nightmare post office.

I also called about a package marked "Undeliverable as addressed" and was told "Sorry I am out the door. Call back tomorrow." and then was hung up on. It is ridiculous. These incompetent idiots need different jobs. I will be up there in the morning to make sure this gets straightened out. Worst service EVER. DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR FREAKING JOB.

The lady literally close the door and said we are close while locking the door, i was standing right in front of her! Smh, i was there at 4:30 on the dot! There closing time. 1 person wouldn't hurt
