Good customer service kinda lame selection on cbd and coils

Nick is freaking amazing and I absolutely LOVE the customer service!! He’s very patient and knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring on. If I could give 10 stars I would! I literally look forward to him being there every time I go in:) Thank you Nick!!!!

Went to your shop for the first time last week. Alex initially helped me out and he was amazing, professional and has a great vibe. The second and third time I went I was greeted by Julia with a big smile and also very very sweet. Thanks to the both of you. You’re awesome.

Staff was very patient and knowledgeable.

Edit: Have continued to go here and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is always clean, and the staff are happy to help with selection as well as suggestions and the occasional discount.

As usual I have some choice things to say about my experience here... The store itself is constantly being updated and has a clean, organized, and visually appealing set up. The selection of products is clearly labeled and organized. The employees are always great but I have to specifically brag/thank Kimmy. Every time I see her, she not only remembers me but is pleasant to talk to, tells me about any new products she thinks I'd be interested in AND she has had all the information I didn't know i needed in order to get the most out of my vape pen, nifty tricks like where to best charge the pen or how to use the warm up option ( I didn't know existed ) to get the most out of the cartridge I have. Kimmy is always a joy to talk to and is a definitely one of the reasons I keep going back to this particular business/location.

I had the best experience ever!! Cassandra was so sweet and so helpful. She made me comfortable and was able to answer all questions I asked her to the best of her ability (which was above and beyond!) She made my process and decision making very easy!! She also took the time to show me how the clover app works that way I could start earning points!! I really appreciated her and all her help!!

All staff is very helpful, kind, and knowledgable. They have a wide variety, great prices, super convenient location, and it's always been a positive experience shopping here.

Great experience, the store looked very clean and appeared fully stocked each time I went in, the worker, Lacie knew exactly what she was talking about and answered my questions thoroughly.

Great experience overall! The employees here have been very fair to me. I buy cigars and this place is a godsend since I don't have a car and it is literally a 15 minute walk from my place. I feel bad however for pestering them at one point over a five day period asking if they had any Finck's cigars. Yet to my fortune they were very patient with me and never rude. I luckily have found an online shop that sells a cigar brand for regular smoking. However that doesn't mean I'll stop doing business with this store. If I want something of a novelty cigar I'll just come to this place...given that I'm not broke at that time lol.

Amazing staff always friendly when I come in. Abby is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products she is always happy from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave! Highly recommend this company for any vape needs!

Every time I walk in this store is very clean and well organized and I never have a hard time finding what I need and always enjoy the tips abby gives me for my mod whenever I feel like I need something different

Awesome vape shop!!! Guy behind counter has tons of knowledge and only wants to help you get the device that best fits what you need. He doesn’t try to push you into an expensive product. Very friendly and very helpful. You will leave this place with a better Understanding of what you purchased and how to use it. He will leave a set you up if you need it. Highly recommend the shop.
