I love my H-E-B! They were out of 2-3 of my favorites, but they are 2 blocks from work, and I can stop in daily if I need to. Their store brands are awesome. I prefer their Our Finest toilet paper over big names as well as their trash and storage bags. Their store brand food is great (MI Tienda Tamales rival any homemade), their fresh salad options are great! Fruit and veggies are always fresh. I just love my H-E-B!

Giving 5 stars is not easy
You have to earn them. This HEB had it all!

Easy Parking/access for everyone, easy entry and getting around for the less abled.

The Service was small town goodness and big city speed...with a genuine smile and openness.

We had stopped in for one of the BBQ helpings .... and it was outstanding!!

Its only a little ways off Interstate 37 and well worth the minute or two to get there.
You wont be disappointed!

Love visiting the Deli. Especially when Pedro is there. He just makes my day. He is one of the kindest associates HEB has. He always has kind
words to say. What a VERY special employee HEB has!!!

Like most Texans south of the DFW area, I LOVE HEB! (I understand the DFW metroplex now has a couple of stores, I wish they had been there when I lived north of Dallas, I would have made the 1+ hour drive willingly) My local store is well-stocked and has plenty of helpful, friendly people. I'd say workers, but they don't act like they - have - to be there, even if they do depend on their service-oriented jobs. Having worked retail, & shopped a lot, this is admirable and very rare to experience/encounter. Very highly recommend!

Since the pandemic, it seems like the attitude of public facing employees everywhere has gone down. NOT HERE! Every single interaction we have had with store employees (and vendors passing through, maybe?) has been pleasant, friendly, helpful. You can tell how good a management team is by how happy their employees are to work there, so there must be some awesome people keeping this HEB running smooth, keeping their staff encouraged and feeling appreciated. Our family certainly appreciates the "good vibes" of this location and we drive out of our way to shop here, knowing we'll have an enjoyable experience and find pretty much anything we might need. Display items are always neatly arranged, the produce is fresh and very rarely have we come across overly bruised apples or mold in the berries, which is pretty rampant everywhere else, and unlike the "locally owned" grocery stores around this area south of San Antonio, this HEB has actually decent prices. Because big, impatient crowds is an anxiety trigger for 2 people in our household, we have to sometimes shop off hours, and so occasionally, we find they are out of a more obscure item we might need because it hasn't been put out yet or already sold out (like fresh organic mint springs, precut, or the chai tea mix in a box), but I feel that's more a personal issue than "the store's fault", and is the only complaint I could have. Even when we've had to shop at the prime time school-just-let-out midday into early evening hours, we've found plenty of cashiers at the registers and people actually available for bagging. There are times where self checkout is faster and easier, but I am SO grateful this is one of those more rural locations that has not yet shunted labor onto paying customers as much as they possibly can, and the cashiers and baggers have smiles and are capable of saying hello-how-are-you greetings with some sincerity. Overall, very happy, love this place, and fully recommend for other individuals and families. I've never used the pharmacy or pickup services, so can't comment to those, sorry!

I love HEB! I am disabled and they have a good selection of wound care products. My favorite is they always have good fresh fruit available, like oranges. Thanks!

This is a well stocked HEB. I recently moved and was very pleased to find an HEB that had a better selection than the one I had frequented in San Antonio! That makes it a busy store, but employees are usually quite helpful and checkout time is normally reasonable.

There is no need to describe HEB. Everyone knows HEB, and if you don't, you're missing out!

It's clean, big and bright. A lot of associates everywhere to help if needed. Their shelves are nice and fully stocked. It smelled wonderful in there. Like barbecue. I found everything I needed in a timely matter. Everyone was so nice. Even the customers were nice and friendly. I definitely want to visit this H-E-B again if I'm ever in town.

When we fly in from CA, this is the first place we go. We’ve had Rudy’s and Kreuz’s, and it is our non-expert, by-no-means-exhaustive opinion that this is the best bbq in Texas.
We love their brisket (specifically burnt ends), turkey, and spicy sausage. The people who work there are some of the nicest in the contiguous United States; which, coming from CA, means anyone working in food service who doesn’t treat us with disdain for not owning a Tesla or simply existing.

We went to the curbside service today. The young man was so pleasent, big smile. I may leave a note (there is a spot to leave notes on what you are looking for.. also if you don't want substituted items, green or yellow bananas etc..) next time about ginger... I just needed a big piece instead of the little nubby ones. Overall, he (or whoever shopped for me) did a good job. I have been to several H.E.B. stores and so far all have friendly workers. Good Job people 👏

We are not from Texas but were staying in the area for several weeks around Christmas. Our first experience with this store was truly amazing. We were first greeted by a small group singing Christmas carols just inside the store and it really exemplified the Christmas spirit. We then met a man from the deli/BBQ restaurant area (Pedro?) walking around the store selling fresh tamales. Every time we saw him he just made us smile. His personality just lit up the place and he was amazing. The BBQ was awesome and came back multiple times for their Brisket nachos and BBQ Brisket potatoes. We did have the pleasure of seeing Pedro again but the rest of their deli staff was great as well. It is very odd but we found ourselves telling our family and friends about this cool grocery store in Pleasanton Texas. You need to check it out!
