AT&T Store

Local friends, if you need help with your AT&T phone or account, no need to go to SA! This location, specifically Amanda, has all the answers! Amanda went above and beyond in her customer service for me and solved all my problems with a smile on her face and in a timely manner!!! She deserves the Employee AWARD of the YEAR as this type of customer service is rare and does not go unnoticed! Thank you to our local AT&T store for hiring great employees and for serving our community well!!!!

I had a great experience at the ATT store. The guy who helped me was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. He was a delight to work with. They need more employees like him.

The young man that assisted me, Leeroy, went above and beyond in helping me. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and helping me with all that I needed. Even though it was time for him to be off duty, he willingly stayed until I had everything that I needed. Thank you for having such helpful employees.

I went in for a new phone ended up going with the iPhone 15 pro max and the process was pretty fast and great customer service

It was seriously time for new phones. I didn’t want to drive all the way to SA. I called this store and Barbara Woodall was amazing. She immediately provided phone prices, storage size, colors available. I placed the order, phones were ready for pick up within the hour. She transferred all of our data from one phone to the other. She was super friendly, knowledgeable but most of all very professional. Thank you, Barbara for being the best!

Got there about 45 minutes from closing and wanted to pre order a new phone and trade up a current one, but that was no problem for Sebastian! He was amazing help and quick too! Definitely recommend this store for a great experience.

Had some questions about the Hotspot. Spoke to AMANDA and she was wonderful!! Very polite and quick to answer all my questions. She was very informative as well! Took her time and didn’t rush me. Definitely recommend!!

I came into your store in distress after talking with online chats, etc. for 4 days! I was told by 2 different agents that I needed to take my iPhone 12 in & y'all would replace it for free. However, no one could finish the process. I brought my phone in today and, in just a few minutes, Amanda had it working again! She was very sweet and kind and took the time to explain various things about the problem and cure. She is one in a million that actually seemed proud to be of assistance to AT&T customers. I certainly appreciate her professionalism and would like to make known my personal experience. SHE'S A KEEPER‼

Fantastic customer service! I went in to upgrade my phone and was taken care of immediately. They explained all my options to me and showed me several that actually saved me a lot on my monthly bill. I’ve upgraded my phone a ton over the years and it usually takes forever, but I was in and out in record time. Great place, definitely recommend their services.

Ran into some troubles setting up new service with AT&T so me and my husband had to go in store. Courtney was incredible! Super kind, polite, knowledgeable and worked hard to get our situation resolved. We left all set up to go and happy. Courtney was the best and made the whole ordeal much better!

These guys were fun and fast. They were really attentive and very helpful with everything, from billing to purchasing to product selection. I highly recommend this location. Shout out to Mandy, Barbera, Sebastian and Courtney!!!!

I went in because I was having issues with sprint and the network always gave me issues. Thankfully Sebastian was able to help me upgrade and transfer over and made it very easy. I definitely recommend coming here to transfer over. Sebastian was amazing help

The sales rep was beyond helpful! I feel there should be more like him he went above and beyond for us. He was very informative, extremely kind and patient as we were there with our three kids. I can't even begin to express our gratitude for the service he provided for my family.

I would like to personally extend my sincerest appreciation for James the Assistant Manager at the Pleasanton Texas location! He went above and beyond for my parents and I when we came back in due to having many issues with our new Google Pixel 6 Pro Phones, that he had already spent a lot of time on during the Black Friday madness and rush. Not only did he resolve almost 6 different issues and concerns for me yesterday
that I was having with my phone and service taking me into the store again, he did it with professionalism, kindness and a bright attitude all while still wearing a smile you could see and feel beyond the mask. Every time my father or I have gone into the Pleasanton store with an issue, purchase or other need James has come to immediate aid and resolved the problem regardless of the steps or additional time he had to spend to overcome the obstacle. I also witnessed every single employee in the store at the time, need to come to James with their own customers' obstacles and concerns while he was busy taking care of mine and he was able to assist everyone in their immediate need, whilest still making me feel like a valued customer and continuing to take care of us at the same time. He is a very talented, professional, friendly and highly detailed Manager. I would give 6 stars to James if it was an option. I've dreaded for years coming to get a new phone. Made the decision to come in today and i had the best help. James here was so helpful and understanding that i did not want fancy, i dont like change. He got me into the best phone that fit my pocket and transferred all my stuff effortlessly. Come to this store, not a long wait, the crew was fun and James was amazing. Made my visit the best i've had.

I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years. It took going to your store to resolve a fiasco of errors that literally made me sick so my Son took over. I was on the phone for 4 days with so many different sales reps that I had to explain everything too all over and over repeatedly . You got it right the first time. No phone calls or repeat visits needed at the Pleasanton AT&T. I thank you and employees like your store are the reason I have stayed with AT&T for 35 years.
