They have what I need. Easy to get in, find what I need, and be on my way. Friendly staff.

I feel comfortable to shop at Office Depot /OfficeMax as it is easy to find stuff, items are reasonably priced and stores are conveniently placed.

I’ve been coming to this store for a little over 10 years and each time that I come, the workers, such as Shua, have always been so helpful. They are integral about their customer service. Anytime I needed anything printed, they’ve always done their very best to accommodate and assist. I can’t brag enough on this particular store. Had I thought about it, I would’ve reviewed them years ago! Thank God for great customer service still existing!

I send them a lot of information that I need printed, reversed or emailed in PDF form. They are right on the money with their quality of work and getting what I need done quickly. Very thankful for Brooke and her team, they are the best!

I needed an obscure item and the associate was able to point me in the correct direction immediately. When I got back to the register, the associate took me to an unoccupied register and expedited my check out. I am elderly and when I forgot to pick up my change the associate held it for me until I came back to ask for it. What more could I ask for in shopping help?

Very clean environment. Place was far from crowded with the entire staff ready and eager to help me to find exactly what I needed. They also have an excellent return policy, wherein you can bring the product back for up to 14 days, not that I needed to as my product is still working great! Brightly lit and easy to navigate with a great selection. Convenient location and not too busy. Great staff.

This store was very clean. Found everything we needed and when we asked about how to put in our military discount at the self serve copiers, the cashier offered to make the copies for us. Very efficient and professional. Would use this company again

I ordered a custom 36x48 poster board for a conference. The order became delayed and was not scheduled to arrive in time. Employees at the Murfreesboro location went out of their way to make sure I had a same-day print of the poster and had several suggestion for ways to quickly mount it to a foam board. Excellent customer service!

I love Office Depot. It has everything I want for work, the staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are good.

If you haven't tried out the "TUL" mechanical pencil only sold at Office Depot your missing out. The quality of this pencil is the best on the market. Don't waste your time or money on any other pencil.

Anastasia Helmy was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was impeccable. She was balancing multiple customers but still had a smile on her face and was very personable with each experience!

Great experience, went for a specific thing and they didn't have it in the store but they had it on line. The postage was twice as much as what I wanted. The young man helping said they could order in store and ship to my house free. I think is name was Josh and he was great. Would recommend this store highly.
