Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland

We especially loved the staff...Jess, LT, and Deyoka... give these ladies a raise! They made our stay feel like we were at home away from home. They were friendly, greeted everyone who entered the hotel, and took care of our food and travel needs.
The meals they prepared for us in the evening were great... especially the drumsticks! 😉
The room was fresh and clean, quiet, and had plenty of space.
We'll definitely stay there again.

The staff makes this place excellent. Every employee was kind and seemed to genuinely care about the hotel and it's guests. Especially Kia at the front desk. Breakfast was also better than I was expecting. This is a fairly basic hotel but they are on point and still offered free cookies all day long, and more than the bare minimum at breakfast, kept everything stocked and moving. Well done!

Alex has great customer service! He was able to check us in early and made the process quick and easy. The Hyatt place is lucky to have him. Jessie was amazing too! She multi tasked like a boss. She got a large group checked in while getting us drinks at happy hour. She was kind, friendly and made our afternoon!

Small pool but we couldn’t use because it was too cold!! Breakfast was nice better the first day scrambled eggs sausage links home fry patties were among hot items! 2nd day there was sausage patties diced potatoes and biscuits and gravy along with all your other breakfast items!! Alex at the desk was fantastic very helpful and accommodating!! Very clean hotel you can tell they take pride in their hotel! Everyone is doing stuff most of the time and not just standing around! They have a shuttle that runs to downtown for $10.00 per person! You can order it at the desk! It’s about 10 minutes to downtown! Mostly the shuttle runs behind I found! The rooms are small and the set up is weird! The sink is slow draining! The shower pressure is amazing! Theres only a small refrigerator and a one cup coffee maker! Not much amenities in the room! All in all I disliked the room the most but Alex and the staff made up for that and the cleanliness!! We ran into the cleaning people 2 doors down and they asked us if we wanted them to freshen our room we said yes and 10 minutes later it was done! They did not have to even ask us but they did! They pretty much go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one!!

Late arrival at Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland after a travel nightmare from Memphis. Chad at the front desk turned my day around at 3:30 am with a warm welcome that was a beacon of hospitality. His kindness made a world of difference, proving that every guest has a story. Big thanks to Chad for the fantastic welcome – a true example of exceptional customer service!

My wife and I recently traveled to this area and booked a room here for multiple days. I was concerned because I had seen some negative reviews. No need to worry, met and went above our expectations. First the room was clean, spacious and comfy. It was also very quiet and along with comfy beds we enjoyed a couple of nights of good rest after touring during the day. Thee was an exercise room, had elevators, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Great stay, Great place!!!!

Great hot buffet, nice location just outside of Gaylord Opreyland Resort. Many restaurants and attractions within minutes.

We liked our clean, well appointed and spacious room, but Deedee at the front desk is the greatest takeaway from our stay. She was fun, engaging and knowledgeable, not to mention a jack of all trades because it seemed like she wore more than a few hats (probably due to short staffing). She was very pleasant and her personality shined with every interaction! She’s exactly the person for the job and I say Bravo! to whomever hired this woman, you got it right!

Our room was very nice. We collected our own towels. We really didn't need any room service other than clean towels. It would have been nice to have the trash cans emptied since there were four of us.

This is a really luxurious hotel with a very great staff.

My family always loves when we stay at the Hyatt. The rooms are always comfortable, the location is always spotless and the front desk goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

During this specific stay, Heather at the front desk was incredible! She always had a big smile on her face and made sure that we had everything we needed!! In a world where it seems hard to find great customer service, Heather was INCREDIBLE!

Best hotel stay ever!! I’m glad they had a room last minute for me and my two boys. Our reservations fell through at country inn and honestly I’m glad it did. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was good also. The food was hot and there was a good variety of things to choose from. Everything exceeded all my expectations!! Definitely will stay again!!

My wife and mother in law was on vacation and I have never stayed at a Hilton garden before. When we checked in we was greeted by Ms Dee, what a wonderful human . She went up and beyond to make us comfortable and made sure my wife had a room with a wonderful view. Whatever she's being paid , it isn't enough. I would definitely stay at this location again . Hospitality was outstanding.

This hotel is centrally located, affordable and exceptionally clean. However, the very best thing about this hotel is their outstanding front desk crew. Erica, Jess and Christina will go above and beyond to make your Nashville experience the best ever. They offer great advise on places to visit and eat and how to get there. I was there for 4 days and their input was invaluable and all of their efforts made this vacation so memorable. They all are such special people and want to make your stay with them the best time of your life and they will succeed!

Yummy breakfast buffet lots selections hot meal wafles yummy 😋 coffe lots goodies room clean nice crew and friendly I been in there 3 times saffe place only few minutes walk downtown lots restaurant river closse bywalk by the river verry nigth ligths city wiew from any angle you stay recommend 10 star I really satisfied thank worth to stay thank you 😊 👌

Great hotel! Very clean, awesome friendly staff, has a great breakfast, plenty of parking, in a safe area, and centrally located for easy access to downtown, the Opry, and the airport.

Had a great weekend stay here, all the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and provided great recommendations for places to visit. They offer shuttle service ($10/person roundtrip, cash only) to downtown so you can easily explore both the Opryland area and Broadway. Our room was clean, the walls were a little thin though so we could occasionally hear our neighbors. Bathroom is tiny but clean and functional. Definitely recommend if you need a hotel in the area!

The hotel was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!! Erica was absolutely GREAT!!! She told us about a shuttle to downtown which I didn't know about - the rooms were great. I would gladly stay there again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

We've stayed here a few times when we go to Nashville for a night to see a concert. Nice hotel, good location about 10 minutes from Downtown. Great choice to save $ on a stay.

Very friendly staff. The room was recently updated and clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and felt luxurious. The room came with a safe, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The TV was mounted and easily rotated toward the couch area or bed. I loved the room. The hotel was quiet at night. They offer a shuttle downtown that does cost $20 pp.
The free breakfast was good. I was surprised that the pool was located in a shady area. During the summer the water was cool to cold.
I would definitely stay here again.
