Laurel Oaks is a first rate experience. They are caring and considerate. The building/ chapel is nice but the staff are even better than nice. They are excellent. Shannon and Frances helped me get my mom's service in order and they were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend if you need their services.

Unfortunately I was not expecting to be needing their services at this early time in my life for my husband but they did a great job. I highly recommend them. From picking up his body to the viewing at the end. They were easy to work with and very professional and compassionate. Shannon Bunch was my Funeral Director and he couldn’t have been anymore caring and thoughtful. Always answering my questions or emails. I highly recommend him and the company for any of your funeral needs.

Robert Stephens is the very best! He helped with my mother's arrangements and was professional, compassionate, helpful, efficient, respectful, honest, always took our calls and answered all our questions. I recently had to deal with the death of my mother. I was very fortunate that mom had prepaid for her entire funeral and had her grave picked out and even had the tombstone in place. Mom had chosen Laurel Oaks Funeral Home/Cemetary, which wound up being a very good choice. The funeral director that helped us through this whole ordeal was Mr. Shannon Bunch, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure all of our family was made very comfortable throughout the whole process. There was some changes that were made due to mom making her arrangements 20+ years before her passing, but Shannon helped us with everything and made it all very simple. I highly recommend both Laurel Oaks, and even more so recommend Mr. Shannon Bunch. He is a true professional in his field and treats everyone just like you are family. Never a situation that anyone wants to go through, but it was much more bearable with the whole Laurel Oaks family.

I’ve watched family and friends deal with funeral directors using grief as a way to up-sale the funeral costs which was something I was dreading. Shannon Bunch immediately put that concern to rest. He walked through a list of services and listened intently on what our family wanted. He took care of pretty much everything and communicated extremely well, responded in a very timely manner, and delivered on our expectations. He was also very empathetic and made the whole experience much easier where we could focus on family and grieving.
