Motel 6 Balch Springs, TX

Absolutely amazing staff. We have stayed here twice when our home was being serviced. We have 3 babies one of which is special needs. Let me tell you the overnight employees are the BEST! I was an over stimulated Mama with an over stimulated 18 month old and they were so understanding and helpful. We ended up just coming here to shower, heat up food, and charge devices because our kiddo just wasn't having it. Extremely clean lobby and hallways. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Bright parking lot and well kept landscaping. This is our go to place to stay if we have an unexpected power issue at our house. Thank y'all so much for everything!

You can't call a 2 star motel a 5 star hotel BUT this place is clean, conveniently located to I-20, and inexpensive. And for that reason, it earned 5 stars. The staff was friendly as well. Only a 15 minute drive to Dos Equis Pavilion, the reason for our stay.

My stay there was really nice! I got there a day early and they were able to accommodate the early arrival. The suite was clean when we got there. House keeping was punctual and friendly. Love that I got to bring my dog. Fellow guests were real nice too! I'm not familiar with the area but I thought it was good, I felt secure. Thought I did wish eating establishments were closer to compensate for the lack of meals! Will probably stay there again if I go back to Texas!

Despite the near by surroundings being kinda run down etc this was a fairly pleasant stay mainly due to the awesome room I stayed in. Large, spacious, with wet bar and jacuzzi. The downside being that the place is in the middle of some major renovations that's caused there to be no breakfast of any kind or pool. Other than that no complaints. Even letting us check in at 6am for a small additional fee.

My husband and I were extremely pleased the rooms are new they're clean and I felt like the service was very good I could not complain about anything at all they had coffee in the morning I just was very pleased we will stay probably at Motel 6 from here on out along our travels

It is the cleanest motel 6 I've stayed in. It almost looks like it was just built or a major upgrade was conducted. It was very clean and I recommend it. The elevator needs to be replaced. It sounded like it was about to fall.

I have been staying at this location for awhile and it is by far the best motel I've visited. All of the employees are super friendly to both my daughter and I. If there is ever anything that I need the front desk is always willing to help! I love that this location is indoors opposed to other motel 6 locations. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting from out of town or just needing a little get away.

The rooms were SO clean, you could smell the freshness of everything the moment you opened the door to the rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator had a small issue that I told the front desk about in passing and not 5 minutes later when my sister was coming down to meet me, it was already being worked on. I wish all of their locations were this good

We didn't take any pictures but was a really pleasant stay last night. They're pet friendly and that's a big plus for us and pet lovers in general.

The motel is very clean and the staffs are friendly.

The room seems to be renovated recently. We have spent 4 nights in the motel and it is very quiet.

Our small dog is free to stay which saves us a lot.

Nothing to be unsatisfied, except for 5-6 minutes drive for restaurants. However, it is not a big issue for the price and the good room we have. Thanks for everything we get.

We got a room last minute after a massive power outage hit our area last weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful and even though the entire hotel filled up shortly after we got there, we had no issues with anyone, not even noise issues. And i totally love that they let you bring your dogs, because mine are my family too!

This hotel is worth the $57 a night. It's no fancy suite, but it was clean and the room smelt good when we walked in. The hotel is under renovation at this time, when we pulled up to check in there were a bunch of brand new toilets still in the boxes outside they were getting ready to install. The whole weekend we were there they were working on the vacant rooms remodeling. Our room was just completely remodeled with new paint and vinyl flooring. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice and clean. Everyone was polite and helpful to us.
