Super Star Car Wash

Last Thursday, I brought my Smart 🚗 for its first wash at this location, usually bring another car, and everything went so smoothly until I parked my car for vacuuming. Right when I was about to leave my car wouldn’t start, the battery died, never had that problem before so I honestly didn’t know what to do or that it was the battery. I went to the office to let one of the guys know and John, offered to help me right away. He jumped started my car, probably took longer than any other car to fully charge, yes I know a tiny car should’ve taken no more than two seconds…
John was very patient 👍🏼and super helpful 👍🏼, I can’t thank him enough for his unconditional help.

I definitely recommend this car wash because not only John but all the staff are friendly and helpful.

This car wash uses plenty of soap for the wash and got my truck very clean. I definitely will be going back.

Miguel was wonderful and so helpful. He personally helped me clean the bug mess off my car and wiped down my windshield. Great customer service!

This is the best car wash I’ve visited in the DFW area. Every time I come I get good service. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I also enjoy the other amenities as well like free vaccums, dash wipes, and air fresheners. You won’t be disappointed if you come here.

They have really stepped up their game. They now provide glass cleaner and microfiber cloths at the vacuum stations. The staff was great. Tim and the others even helped me out after I got locked out of my car. Also, got these with my wash! Superior customer service at the new Super Star car wash! Thanks again guys!

I went last week, Johnny was super attentive the entire time and when I asked for help putting air in my tires he was more than happy to do so! I have the monthly membership so going is always a smooth process but he made it 100% better!

SSG Tim Paul was awesome! Great to connect with other veterans especially during Memorial Day weekend! Tim was super friendly and we got to share stories about military service! Super Star Car wash is always a great place to take your car for wash and vacuum especially with him there. Soldiers for Life!

Eric was awesome! He was able to explain all of the benefits i get from subscribing to the $20 a month! my car is super clean too amazing job!

Today of all days I go and get my car washed and while wiping the windows I accidentally locked the door,paid attention for a spilt second and closed the door slightly with my keys in the seat🤦🏾‍♀. I was locked out my car no keys no phone🤷🏾‍♀. But the guys there assisted me until they retrieved my keys from my car thank you soooo much I am forever grateful.🥰♥ not to mention I got a membership also🤗.

Albert does a fantastic job managing this location. They also have the cleanest vacuum stalls I’ve ever used. 5 stars is deserved!
