just went through the drive-through and had the best experience ever if that’s possible. even my teenage son made a comment about how great the person was over the speaker. Complemented him at the window and met the new general manager. what a great guy. The order was correct, and my son said it tasted better than ever. lol

Pleasant, professional, and a very knowledgeable crew.

Menu is diverse and full of really delicious food.

Was 100% pleased with my dinner choices, and I will probably return very soon for more delectable food.

The new older gentlemen (Manager) has such a good attitude and so welcoming. This is exactly what this location needed, someone like him to serve the people. Give him a raise, he truly deserves it!

The GM Carlos and his team at Golden Chick in Pleasanton, TX are awesome. I enjoyed their cheerful personalities. They went above and beyond to serve me after I've had a long day. Their service is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I forgot to add that the food was hot and delicious. Thank you and God bless each one of you. Happy holidays!

Im an eater so thats why i picked $20-$30, but food was great. Big shoutout to person who brought my food out. Staff was professional and nice with customer setvice in mind. Will definately go back for sure!

The service here is so freaking terrible. Our order is ALWAYS missing something if this wasn't one of the few decent chicken places in town I wouldn't ever come back

I have always loved Golden Chick. When my First husband was alive we use to Stop at that same Golden Chick all the time and bring chicken to my family in the Valley down south. They always asked us to bring more it was so good. As I was eating today I felt like My late husband Mark was sitting there right beside me and it felt really good.

Stopped there today when my mom said she wanted chicken, and got some of the greatest service I've probably ever got at a fast food restaurant! The young lady in the drive through was so sweet, never rushed me, and when I was looking for somewhere to place a can of half drank juice, she offered to take it and throw it away for me! That completely made my day since my mother and I were upset coming from a dr's appointment, and I hope she realizes just how that one interaction completely made my mom's spirit lift! Thank you so much!

The chicken breast tenders are a good size,always fresh, I've never had a problem with receiving chicken that is dry,cold,under cooked or over cooked,the rolls are the best compare to their competitors, the new dining area is comfortable,the mac & cheese is the best cheesy recipe I've tasted, always a winner in my family especially with children,the fried sides like the fried okra & fries are crispy & delicious,good customer friendly service. My family & I highly recommend Golden Chick anytime!!

Fast and friendly service. The food was good. The whole place was clean and nice.

I'm a 71 yr. Senior citizen. And I can hear well . Desirre the young lady at Golden chicken said she couldn't hear me she said go to the window . So I had to go to the window and wait. I asked what part she didn't hear so I asked her did you get 1/2 big red and the other1/2 Pepsi. Rudely she said 1/ 2 big red 1/2 Pepsi. Then she slammed the window my face. She was the rudest person.. I was at the window for over 45 min. 2 cars in front of me got out of line and drove off. I will put this on Facebook and Instagram so other people don't have to put up with rude people and long wait lines ..

The cook(or manger?) was loudly yelling a bunch of obscenities at employees while I was ordering and I felt that it was pretty inappropriate for a fast food restaurant. Cashier was awesome though and the food was better than I've ever had from here.

Hey Golden Chick Headquarters - Stop in here and check out their way of cooking...Amazing!!! Maybe they're the only one who's actually cooking the way they are supposed to or they they have their own twist on your menu and it tastes amazing. Most Golden Chicks seem to be below the standards of this one. Who would have guessed.

Met a young lady by the name Leandra. Very nice and i found out she was the manager. My order was hot and fresh. Very friendly employees and no wait time at all. Keep up the good work. !
