Great hotel to stay at!! Would definitely recommend. Right next to mesquite rodeo and great area. I love that it's off by itself so it's not a high traffic area. Food is walking distance and around lots if food and restaurants. My favorite Starbucks. After a long stress day at work and having to find hotel in last minute due to the horrible on I booked and refused to stay at Becky was so welcoming. She was super friendly, great customer service!! You can tell everyone loves her even her regulars. Carried on conversations with her guest and made you feel welcomed. She even listened to me talk about my horrible day and was good to get it off my chest. If I could give 10 stars I would. It sits on a hill which makes the outside view beautiful to the pool. I sat outside reading my book and enjoyed quiet time then moved into the hotel lobby which is beyond beautiful to continue my reading. It's rare sit in hotel lobby buttons one was quiet and great atmosphere.

We yearly attend a convention at this location. It is an excellent choice. The lighting in the convention center is good. The socials they help our convention host always have wonderful staff, excellent food & properly mixed drinks. Parking is easy. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a convention location. The breakfast is excellent! The hotel has consistently been clean the years that we have been coming. I'm sure it is getting close to ten years now. There are plenty of dining options that we have found to be great in the area. The rooms are modern, clean & very comfortable.
This year they have added a welcome text upon arrival. When I was needing extra Kleenex (pollen just hit Texas) I texted and it wasn't 10 minutes later that there was a knock on the door. Thanks for a great stay & continued great service over the years!

We had an event at the convention center for brunch and designer handbag bingo for 300 people. The food was very good, and the service under the direction of Maria was phenomenal!!! The room was set up exactly as we requested, and any changes we made at the event were handled quickly and efficiently. Katie and Karla were excellent to work with, and we will use this facility again next year! I highly recommend the convention center for anyone's gathering, large or small. You will be treated well!

Clean rooms, excellent service, great location. Becky at the front desk was extremely polite and professional. The rooms are sparkling. The only thing they are missing is a restaurant, but I can forgive that.

Stay here! Ok, maybe a little more expensive but worth it. Easy online reservation, easy check-in, great service from friendly employees, easy checkout. Now to the breakfast! Yes, absolutely get the breakfast. Plenty of hot choices and the biscuits and gravy are good. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here to visit some family in the area. The location was amazing. The service was superb from the moment I walked in. Becky at the front desk was efficient and very friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

This has to be the best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time and I do travel frequent so there is a lot on my list. Becky and the rest of the staff from this Hotel were excellent. My room was very clean definitely worth the price I paid. Breakfast had many great choices. Location was great many stores and restaurants nearby. Overall my stay was 100/100 would give them more than five stars if I could.

This is our favorite hotel of all hotels. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, coffee is free and best of all I can my dogs! Prices are very reasonable. We have always had a great experience at the Hampton in Mesquite!

My husband, 1SG and their Cadets recently hosted their JROTC Military Ball at the Hampton. The ball room, service, facilities and food were great. We really appreciated the hotel comping us a room to change into his Army dress uniform and my ball gown. While we didn't spend the night there, the room was big, clean and looked comfortable.

Brandon at the front desk is great. 5 stars for him.

Overall a very nice hotel and good experience. I wish they would upgrade the pillows but I can't complain about anything else.

We held our annual gala at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mesquite. The service was amazing, every detail covered. The banquet crew went over and above anything we could have expected, with smiles all around! I can't imagine any other venue being as accommodating and sincerely kind in planning and execution of an event.

Stayed for the total eclipse. The hotel had a theme for the solar event outdoor tables and a bar. It was a great event.
All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I would book here again if in the area!

1. MUST PAY FOR PARKING. As most city hotels are doing now even though I don't agree with it.
2. Loved the location. Not busy at all as it's attached to the convention center. No sketch alleyways which is a huge plus.
3. Room WAS clean.
4. Friendly staff.
5. The room would be freezing when AC kicked on but a little warm when it kicked off....not too bad though. We normally sleep with it 63 at night.
No complaints.

Brandon was very helpful and professional. He was assisting with my event which included multiple rooms and multiple people. He provided excellent customer service, and made sure that everything went smoothly. I am very appreciative.

I have stayed at many hilton properties in my time traveling and for business and Brandon is the most professional, friendly, and overall awesome staff i have ever encountered. If you ever stay at this hotel, make sure you talk to Brandon. He will for sure take care of you and make you feel welcomed

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this location for the weekend. Julianna M. is by far the most amazing thing about this hotel. Her kindness, outgoing attitude is outstanding! Julianna M. made me feel comfortable from the get-go also, Jalil C. Both of them together at the front desk is an absolute delight. You can tell from the amazing attitude from all employees here that management here is doing something right!! There is nothing that this hotel won’t do for you …they go out of your way to accommodate and make you feel welcome. Every time I travel to Mesquite, I always stay here. The breakfast is amazing, the check-in experience is flawless, and the housekeeping department is absolutely phenomenal! This Hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that their guests are treated like kings and queens! I love this place I can’t say enough good about it. I highly recommend it!! Thank you for another amazing experience and I will be back again!!

Clean, small rooms. Great staff that go out of their way to take care of you. Free continental breakfast, which always woos me. Elevators never once broke down on us, they were slow but steady!
