This is the worst title company I ever countered. They missed out the lender credit during closing, which cost me more than $1,000 in tax since we have to get the refund from our realtor. When I pointed out that mistake, they didn't take any responsibility at all and pointing the fingers at me as a buyer and my realtor. First, as a buyer, I don't have the expertise in this transaction. This is the very reason why I paid for their services. Secondly, they haven't sent the closing documents nor communicated with my realtor at all. Therefore, my realtor didn't have a chance to "tell" them the mistake. The realtor submitted the CDA a week before the closing, yet it still left out.

As a home buyer, I have to pay for their mistake. This is totally unfair. Bring your business somewhere else, they don't deserve to get paid, and still waste my hard earn dollars.

They made a costly mistake on our closing documents. Cost us $$$$.$$ a year and a half after closing.
