Armstrong Park

New updates to park are amazing. Nice and fun my kids love the splash park addition. Can't get enough of it not to mention new play area. Plenty if areas for shade and relaxtion for family.

A brand new park with lots of good areas to play and enjoy for the kids, family, and all kinds of folks. Plenty parking space in different sections surrounding the park. Well cared grassy areas with trees and tables everywhere. The city of Duncanville did an excellent job here. People attending are from all colors and backgrounds. Bring sun blocking and towels because the kids will jump over the water attractions.

Nice place to walk. There are a couple loops, so you can decide how far you want to go. There is a map on the walking path that will tell you the distances.

If you catch it at the right times, you can also see parakeets that are migrating. They hang out here at least once a year for several days.

The playground renovation has been completed (4/2024), and there is a new splash area which the kids are really enjoying.

The park is beautiful! It is efficient, fun, lively and safe. Watched the eclipse there so the park was full but well worth being there. Love it, love the renovations, love the new additions, the walk trails and the police station nearby.

Great place for the small kids as well as big kids

been coming to this place for years when it was just a wood park and a stage. They have recently updated the park to a "wood" look as well as added a splash pad and exercise equipment along the trail. Updated bathrooms. place looks great and fun for kids!

My son loves the park and the playground. Always a good time to watch the fireworks at the park on July 4th. Like all the activities that are planned throughout the year. Also a good place to run at.
Stumbled upon this car show this afternoon. My son loved it. Having car shows in your town is cool and accessible! Love that the parks host different events!

The nostalgia that comes with this park, it's amazing to find a wooden playground still standing! Thank you city of Duncanville for keeping it alive! We had a blast running through, over, and under all the wooden castles and play areas!

Sad to see the old kidsville park go after growing up playing on it myself but, The new updated park is beautiful. The splash pad is a nice add on bonus.

The park is wonderful. It's very open and very clean. There is plenty of things to do and many smiling faces of all ages. The pathways are well maintained and always clear. It's a very enjoyable park.

Peaceful, Beautiful park, I go there to ground/earthing. I absolutely love the park.

The playground is huge and the park is kept very clean. The area is really nice. City Hall, Police Station, Senior Center and Library are all right next door. A taco shop is across the street. I really wish they kept the dog park as that's really the only thing I can that's missing.

I have gone to this place on and off for about 8 years now. I enjoy watching my kids grow up more and more as I've brought them here over the years. It's huge enough for loads of fun, has lots of space for picnics, playing ball, etc. There are always lots of other kids for mine to play with and the atmosphere is always positive and family friendly. It's always clean and safe for all who are there.

This was a really nice park for hosting an event of this magnitude. It was said that over 10,000 people show up . I'm looking forward to next year's Juneteenth Celebration.

Awesome park.

One of the funnest parks I've ever been to. My kids loved it. I loved it. Our favorite game was walkie talkie hide n seek. I heard a rumour that it is going to get torn down and replaced with a dinky modern play set, like the ones in Grand Prairie. I hope that's not true.

I walk at this park in the mornings. It's so clean.
