Great customer service. We had the opportunity of being helped by Ashley. We purchased a few different items. She was very attentive. She answered all our questions. She gave us a great deal. This is our 2nd big purchase with them. Always satisfied with the service.

I purchased a bedroom set and Ruben was my sales person. He was very patient with me from the beginning and always available for any additional questions. He stayed in contact with me to ensure my furniture got delivered on the scheduled day. My furniture was delivered and assembled in a timely matter. If you need any furniture go see Ruben and he will gladly assist you !

I purchased a few pieces of furniture from here and my sales rep was Emely. I suggest that's the person to speak with when you go because she's great at her job. She was super patient with me and didn't stop showing me pieces of furniture until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I had been to several furniture stores in the city and hadn't found this level customer service at any of them. Emely is a Star Sales Rep, and a excellent representative of 5 Star Furniture!

I just had the best experience with Carla from 5 star furniture plus!!! She worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. I am on a fixed income and every penny counts. She not only kept my furniture in my price range but it is beautiful and very well made!! I am so glad I found Carla to help me. You should really give her a call you won’t regret it
