I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.

While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.

After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.

I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.

After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.

I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store. Keep up the good work!

Shop Kirkwood, go see Austin! My experience upgrading 2 devices was fast and easy. He had tailor made solutions for every issue I had and gave mindful suggestions after hearing what it was I was looking to accomplish. If you don’t have a cell guy/gal I highly recommend asking for Austin.

If you go to the Verizon store in Kirkwood Mo. you need to ask for Ray. Truly had the best customer service experience. I put the SIM card in my iphone incorrectly and Ray went above and beyond to remove it and when my phone didn't work he loaded a digital SIM card. My family of 4 had so many questions and issues as we were switching over to Verizon. Ray answered all of our questions in such a friendly and caring manner. Ray also has a great sense of humor and when we left the store all of us agreed that was an amazing customer experience. Ray gave us his personal cell number if we had any other questions or problems. I had a question the next day and he responded immediately! Ray you are a Verizon ROCK STAR!!!

Toni was FANTASTIC!! She is SO technically smart! But was extraordinarily friendly and great with assistance. I hope she gets a raise!!

As a 25 year Verizon customer, this location in Kirkwood has been my favorite since it opened.

Saturday, my mobile finally died. I went in, was fourth in line and was quickly checked in.

A short time later, Austin listened to my needs and my concern that I didn't have my Gmail password with me.

He walked me through my options, offered several viable choices and took me through the next steps for color choices and accessories.

There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything, just informed offers to review. He helped me with the best offers and quickly helped me with setup.

Austin positioned my setup so I could easily complete it at home (with the forgotten password in hand).

I am used to excellent customer experience in this store, but Austin easily exceeded all previous satisfaction with his genuine interest, informed responses and respectful support. Verizon is lucky to have him.

Went in for several reasons and each one was cleared up to my satisfaction.

I picked up a router for my home Wi-Fi, it was in the locker boxes in front of the Verizon store. It was fast and super convenient.

I found that the staff at the Verizon Store in Kirkwood, MO is most efficient and knowledgeable at helping customers receive the right technology and to ask questions regarding fees and services. Ray, my salesperson and Shae the store manager are exceptionally devoted and skilled in customer care. I cannot say enough good things about their level of professionalism.
The other members of the team, such as Austin and Rick are also equally focused on helping people to utilize the available service plans and are able to help me to choose the right devices and the best plan that fits my personal and professional needs.
I would recommend this store and its staff members to anyone needing guidance and support in choosing a smartphone now and in the future.

Solutions Specialist Austin was incredibly helpful and personable. They even kept the store open a little late for us so that we could get our phones today. They were very patient... I couldn't ask for better service!

Excellent, immediate, skilled service. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Listened and tried to solve my problem; gave me something to try that wouldn't cost me anything and said I could come back if it didn't work (which suited me fine).
