My mozzarella sticks tasted like they were fried in old grease.
My carhop was the sweetest, and my kids' tater tots tasted normal.

The drinks were perfect, as usual.

I always go for happy hour &get half & half coke/Dr Pepper! The regular staff know my voice so they get it to me quick and cut to perfection lol

Same Sonic experience as expected. It was a great place for a treat after Friday Night Lights.

DON'T forget to tip your carhop!!! They work hard and make wages like a server in a restaurant. This sonic has Friendly service. They are Quite efficient. I love their app you get served even faster.

I have always like Sonic, but the portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. Price goes up, and quality goes down. Make a good product charge a fair price give good service .

Food is always good. If there is anything ever wrong with the order or food they will fix it to the customers satisfaction or give your money back. They want happy customers everyday

The best Sonic in Lufkin hands down. I come here every once in a while in various hours and I have always had the best service and food than the others. The employees are very nice and always give me suggested items (such as "Would you like a drink with that?" "Would you like to add a desert to your order?") which in my opinion makes the restaurant's customer service impeccable. Anyhow the food always come hot and fresh. Occasionally I have to wait around 5-7 minutes for my food to come out but it's well worth it. Menu is simple to read and there's a large variety items to pick from. From burgers, to popcorn chicken, from soft drinks to slushees, and the vast amount of different flavors of shakes, you will find something that will crave your appetizer. I love their employees so much that I always leave a tip because they deserve it. The building is quite old so there's maintenance that need to be done to it, such as the parking lot and the amount of parking spaces available, but it's not something that bothers me. No drive-thru but it doesn't need one to be honest. Overall this is a great Sonic location and I strongly advise going to this one rather than the other Sonic's in Lufkin.

Great Service! A background noise made hearing our order difficult. The operator came to our vehicle to insure our order was right. Order was delivered promptly, Exactly what I orderd.

5 for customer service, the young people are always so nice, the older ones not so good that would bring it down to a 3 and since the snowcones started a 1, no matter where I go the drinks are getting worse. When have a snow cone juice been bland except when melted? This usually is one of my best locations but not since snowcones came and I have been to approximately 15 locations in and out of Dallas. Same thing everywhere.

Fast service and very helpful. Lady taking my order even came out to the car to help me while using their App so I could get the free item I was having an issue with while ordering. Great customer service!

This is the best Sonic in Lufkin, make sure you go this one, not the one on Frank Ave, the Sonic on Frank gives this Sonic a bad name, I will never go back to the Sonic on Frank, the food is always old and the staff is rude when you try to confront them about it.
