The location at Timberland Drive in Lufkin exceeded my expectations in a compensation for services provided that did not end well. The story is far too long to get into here but it was quite intense. The store manager, Ruth was able to refund our money for the unacceptable outcome of the issue. Very thankful that she was able to help us out.

Staff is always friendly snd helpful. I prefer the frank st. location rather than the one on Timberland St. The staff over there is snooty and very rude!

Despite all the reviews. My experience here was quite pleasant. But it was just one of those in and out kind of things. I’m only giving it a 3 star bc the wait in line and the look of the store.
