It's been a while since I've visited Gatlin's and I have no idea why. The cue is so dang good: fall off the bone ribs, tender and juicy brisket...what else does one need?

Nice well maintained park with a baseball/softball field with bleachers and playground. 4 or 6 tables and a charcoal pit for cookouts along with a water fountain. Lots of nice mature oak trees for shade but no restroom facilities.

Stopped here to let a friend step out to smoke a cigarette. (no smoking in my vehicle) I used to hang out here with friends back in the late 80's early 90's. Decades later a lot has changed. Nice park.

Great place to watch high age baseball(pony league) during the spring with one of the best B-B-Q Restaurants within walking distance and during the Fall they have Soccer...
