Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The best Sherwin-Williams store in the Houston area. Great staff, always smiling, welcoming, and acknowledging customers. Even going above and beyond by memorizing and using customer's names. I've been in retail management in multiple companies & locations and haven't seen such a great customer experience like this store has. The current store leader definitely has great management & leadership skills that show through their team's actions and positive attitudes. Of course, a leader can only be as great as their team, so the team at this store is flawless.
Also, it is the best store for coffee in the Houston area. Even with a strict budget for their coffee kiosk, they still manage to keep variety in their stock.

Just had the best experience with the two ladies that were full of positive energy and VERY helpful. Only thing missing were stir sticks (easy fix, I would think).

We went to match some paint for interior trims and Jada was so amazingly helpful, really friendly and knowledgeable. She got the colour perfectly and made sure it was a good match before we left. I’d definitely recommend going.

The young woman who helped me, Jada, is knowledgeable. She is extremely educated about the paints and the procedures for doing particular projects. She demonstrated how to properly sand and paint a piece of millwork to the couple in front of me. She was aware of the chemical composition of the paint and the ideal painting temperatures for both indoor and external surfaces. She worked alone and helped several customers at once. She was able to mix paint and attend to the following customer with ease. She excels at what she does.

A true neighborhood store! It's obvious to me (after a few trips) that the store has created a culture of serving the people within the community in which they operate, over just trying to make money. Great Service! Quality Product!

This location on Ella is by far the best location I have ever been to. I came by on 10/02/21 almost at closing time and Amy and Marco still took the time to attend to me. Ms. Amy was very helpful respectful and very professional and so was Marco. She listened to the issue I was having since the location on main had sold me the wrong paint color...she made the match to the "T" and this was an extremely job well done on her end. I highly recommend this location for their great service and management should be extremely happy that these 2 employees go above and beyond for their customers without having an attitude. They have awesome customer service skills and I thank them for that. I look forward to returning on my next painting project.

Jada the young lady that assisted me knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable with the paints and the processes to get specific tasks completed. She explained to a couple in front of me on how to properly sand and then paint a piece of millwork. She understood the chemical makeup of the paint, the best temperatures to paint in, bot for interior and exterior. She assisted multiple customers simultaneously while working solo. She had a process down ...mix paint and tend to next customer . She is great at her job.

Fantastic customer service by Marie! Seriously, this woman needs a raise! I came in on a busy weekend and amidst an ocean of intimidating looking contractors, she plucked me out and helped me determine exactly what I needed based on my home project. She was patient and sweet with my 9 month prego brain. They have earned my business and I will continue to come back for future paint projects.

The corporate office needs supply the small stores with supplies for local shoppers , not just their big stores.
