Kroger

My partner needed to pick up some last minute thanksgiving items to take over to her mom's place.

Thankfully Kroger wasn't too crowded, so things moved along quite well. Everything my lady needed to purchase, Kroger already had on the shelf, so they certainly prepared and made sure the shelves were well stocked with product.

Overall a good experience coming to Kroger, and I am happy that they are closing at 4 to allow the employees to enjoy Thanksgiving with loved ones. 🦃🦃

Great Kroger experience. This location is larger than others with a huge selection for groceries and basically anything you need. Workers were attentive and helpful. Layout of the store was clear and easy to find things. I would recommend if you’re in the area to shop here, I will return!

This is not the closest location near me, so it was my first visit for a pickup order. My experience with Kroger pickup has not always been favorable. However, I must say, Monique has changed my opinion. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, but she went above and beyond, which exceeded my expectations! She was kind, thoughtful with regards to substitutions and packing groceries. Thanks again Monique, they need more people like you!!

This is a thank you to manger Mr. Omar for helping an elderly customer retrieve her wallet that was left at his store....also, a big thank you to all the employees that had a part of turning it in.

Last minute gift idea was a hit! My daughter loved the flowers. I have been super busy so I wanted to surprise my daughter at work. Thanks Kroger for a beautiful arrangement. Florist was very helpful and self checkout helped me by providing a helpful tip. Thanks Kroger!

Nice place to shop if you have the money to high for me every time I am in there I spend 30.00 to 50.00 dollars

The Kroger here in Oak Forest on 43rd and Ella is a good store. They are typically always clean and even have cashiers, so you don't have to work. I know I wasn't trained or receive benefits to work those silly U-Scan Kiosks.

What is this nonsense, I saw on the maps that Kroger is open until 11 PM, but I showed up at 9 and they were already closed(. Please update the information, it was not pleasant enough. Good thing there is no such thing on the pharmacies and that's it thank you

Love this store, every department is always fresh and friendly. Everytime I get flowers from here; even the markdown ones, they last me for weeks!!!

Love shopping at Kroger. I am a disabled sr so the rider carts are very appreciated. The employees are always willing to help if needed.

I like this store: upscale enough, but also easy to navigate and won’t require a 10 minute walk to get to the opposite side of the store. Sells items that you won’t find at competing stores too. Perfect for my specific needs, but I don’t do delivery and curbside pickup.
Deli food is also good quality for the price.

Great products, great staff, great prices, clean and well kept store. My only issue is they keep getting rid of healthy/low fat/low sugar alternative products (beef Frank's, dressings, yogurts) just like other stores. I wish the people who ordered the products to store on shelves were more aware of the actual ingredients and quality. But most stores are the same way. Overall I recommend this place. High end store with low end prices!

Always a very clean and organized store. Quick in and out shopping trips, when u just need a few items. Friendly associates. They unloaded my cart, loaded the cart and unloaded my groceries unto my vehicle without accepting a cash tip!

Everything on my weekly list is always in stock. Awesome coupons available AND I left my cell phone in the buggy... realized it an hour later. So thankful for the employee working the buggies that found it and turned it in to lost & found! Fabulous & Honest Employees!

I love this location. The store is always clean well-stocked I love this location. The stores always clean well stopped in friendly cashier's. And I can go there and purchase everything that I need for my house and terms of food. It's always a good experience when I'm go there.

Had everything I needed or dreamed of expensive but found realistic prices. Service was quick even for a crowded store. Parking was bad. Had to walk a long way.
