Full synthetic oil change at a good price. Without the coupon hunting and upselling. They were really nice and answered my questions directly. I’m planning on coming back to get my breaks done soon. Oh they also do dent fixes.

Kars auto shop is a true gem. The owner is very honest and they never overcharge me for their services since I started to visit there as a poor full-time student in 2020. I cannot thank you to the owner enough for his kindness and professionalism. Even now I drive 40mins to visit there for my car and my hubby’s. This place is the best!

Joseph is honest, reasonable .and dedicated. We have been taking our cars to him for all the issues, from oil change, inspection to fixing air conditioning. We never had any issues.

Kars service is great and the owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had new tires installed and the price was better than what I could get even online. They took extra care with my wheels. It's a bit of a drive and it was a long wait to get everything done, but the friendly people and cozy lobby made it worth while. With such great service, it's no wonder they're so busy. Highly recommended!

When I moved to Texas I found it difficult to find a place that didn’t try to upsell me or create issues like “dirty transmission fluid that needs replacing”. (literally changed it before i moved to texas lol)
Kars Auto Shop was the last place I tried & by far the best find! I live 30 minutes away but I will never go anywhere else until i move out of the state. They’ve always done right by me.

I had taken my car to another auto repair shop and their quote was really high. I was recommended Kars Auto so I called and asked for an estimate. The estimate was much better than what the other place was going to charge, and their were no surprises when it came time to pay. The work was done in a quarter of the time the other shop quoted. Great communication and service. I am grateful that someone recommended this shop to me, so I am recommending it to everyone else.

Excellent value for your money and do what's necessary at the fairest price. I never had any surprise from the owner. It's also first come first served. You might wait awhile, not unreasonably. He might not call you right away if you leave the car. It may be worthwhile to call several hours later if leaving the car for repair.

Nice little auto shop hiding in the back. Owner is very kind and service is very fast with great price. Always come here to get oil change plus occasional maintenance.

Don’t get intimidated because it has a Korean owner; I’ve seen all kinds of people (non-Koreans) coming and getting serviced their vehicles.

I like their waiting area being very cozy. I could watch a tv or work while I wait.

Don’t forget to call and make an appointment for a speedy service. He will tell you approx. how much it will take usually for simple service.

I took my car to Drivers Edge to fix my check engine light. Their estimation was $1200. I asked second opinion to owner of Kars auto, he fixed my problem with $60 to change part. Check engine light never come back.

Work vehicles, friends, and family all go to Kars auto. They will take care of you.

Mr Hong and his crew are super fast and efficient at what they do. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they checked and made sure everything works correctly before returning the car to me. The place is well kept and the prices are beyond reasonable. Will definitely be returning with my other car.

I brought my Audi Q7 here for a windshield repair that was the size of a corn kernel and ended up with a 12 inch crack instead. They didn’t warn me that this could happen and also didn’t apologize when it did. Instead the owner asked me to pay the guy who was “fixing” it even after he made it worse.
I ended up taking my car to the Audi dealership and spending $2,600 to get my ruined windshield replaced thanks to these guys.
The owner said he would contact me with an update on what he will do to reimburse me for my loss but never did.
It has now been over two years and the owner still has not contacted me so I am pretty sure that boat has sailed.
I am quite sad since my family has been going to him for over a decade now but I guess that’s life.
Sadly, I recommend steering clear of this place.

The owner of this auto shop fixed everything expertly. He communicated with me immediately if anything occur even little things. I frequently come to this location for my whole family members'cars for oil changes and have done repairs like wheel alignment, brake belts, exterior cosmetics (which I concerned the most), windshield replacement, filter replacement, install new tires, etc. All treated perfectly well in very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
