Always giving boil water notices.

Was really disappointed by how many water issues this company had. Texts were at least once a week with boil notices. The ladies in the office were very kind though so that was nice.

Less than one star above. The office staff threatens people and acts without professionalism and gets nasty fast. One secretary is related to the President of the board AND IS ON A POWER TRIP. (big no no). They do whatever they want with no regard for customers and are very defensive. If you ask questions, you'll be on their list, such as what are the usage limits that constitute a fine (because they have none) and we got a $75 fine 5 days later in the mail. They lie about resources like where they get their water. They send you to Brazos River Authority for usage limits which is totally wrong. They should be setting their own policies and have old policies up from 2018 that a former, now dead person wrote. The office staff needs to be fired. The board doesn't know what's going on in front office. The board has no accounting of what fees are being charged to customers. They are just taking in fines by the thousands in our neighborhood.

Constant boil water notices, and line break notices, don't ever think you'll have water during a storm. It will be the first to go. We order drinking water every month because its scary to see what the pressure will be or what color will comes out of the faucet. Pressure changes all the time. March 2024

Completely appalling service, if by any means drill a well. Dog ridge is continuously under boil notice (filthy water). My personal experience is as follows. I work outdoors, having my own personal business. On 8/30 I arrive at my residence,, no-water. I’m enrolled in auto pay and there’s money in the account. However, my wallet has been recently stolen, so the card being charged had been canceled-all of which is understandable- so needless to say water was cut off due to my card not being updated.

I call to resolve this and I also went ahead and paid my bill. Since my house’s water was disconnected,I went to a friends to shower change etc.

The following morning the tech alleges that he had locked the water meter the previous day, that someone had cut the lock and now they won’t turn it on for an additional $200’dollars, essentially trying to double charge me to get water. So now I’m purchasing about 9 months worth of water for this connection. It’s completely absurd and I am going to all the media outlets with this information.

The customer service lady was absolutely unreasonable, argumentative and disrespectful. This company is possibly the worst company one could use for water. Never in my life have I seen such in competence and lack of integrity. 0000 stars. You Fail miserably Dog Ridge!!!

Water bill barely issued a week ago. Paid the bill online but didn't receive a notification or call that the payment did not go through. Water automatically cut off with no notice at all. As I saw someone else mention on here, I guess when you're the only water supplier in the area, you can manage your company as poorly as you like. These guys need to be fired and replaced with a better company.

Horrible, HORRIBLE! THIS place is a horrible, terrible place to do business! It doesn't matter who answers the phone line the staff is always very rude and lack class and professionalism. This water company always has some kind of boil notice. And they want to over charge for their water service! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This place is a complete joke and the reviews and ratings should say enough about this place! 00000 Stars!!

I have lived in this area for over a year and we have had frequent water outages and boil orders. We used to go pay our bill in person to make sure there were no discrepancies in the charges, but that option was taken away in place of an automated phone system.

The automated phone system took around seven minutes to navigate if you knew how to use it. I had never missed a single payment, much less been late on one prior to this month. Today, the day after Christmas, I come home to my water being shut off. I immediately called since the bill was barely issued a week ago, and was told that they have no way of notifying customers that their automated payment did not go through, though they have our phone numbers on file.

I guess when you’re the only water company in your area, you can manage your company as poorly as you wish.

Staff is unhelpful. Refuse to send itemized billing for repair charges. Why would you send a repair bill without itemized charges in the first place?! They Took my name off our account after 10 years of it being under me and my husband and now refuse to give me any details on the repair charges or put my name back on even though I have proof it was there!

Water is always getting shut off and having water boil notices. Undrinkable and barely cookable. Dog ridge water sucksssss

They over charge you for water!! We pay more then people in town and they have water,sewage and trash pickup!!

NASTY NASTY WATER. It’s Not even drinkable water. Right now ours is a dark brown color and was out for hours beforehand. Charge way too much for water that you can barely even use!!! Boil notices ALL the time. Just disgusting!!

They don’t want to supply water to a trailer on fort road I think there are lazy all they say to many homes on that street

Times are hard and dogridge water rates just go higher now its $3.95 to pay on line sux

Overcharge customers for water that we cant drink, have to buy bottled water to even give animals or they end up with massive diarhea...
