Got into Denison with my truck shaking at highway speeds pretty bad and was flabbergasted as to why. Later that night I got underneath it and saw the problem, my rear pinion seal on my rear differential was leaking and had soaked the entire differential in fluid. I called around and everyone was either ridiculously priced or way too busy. They got me in the next day.

I was a mechanic by trade at one point and was very impressed with the process. They’re incredibly transparent and tell you exactly what needs to be done. They don’t just say it either, they email and text you links to vehicle inspections that show every step of what needs to be done with photos from YOUR vehicles showing you exactly what’s good and what is not. They found a steering issue I was having up front and I had them fix that as well.

They have earned my future business as we are planning on moving into the Sherman/Denison area within the next year or two. They will be my main go to facility. Thank you for the great service, they even detailed my dirty truck for me right after! It was amazing!

Best customer service hands down. My car was making a horrible grinding noise that I thought was the brakes. They took my car back and found a pebble the size of a pea in between the brake pad and rotar. They removed it and didn't charge me a dime! They are the most honest automotive shop I have ever dealt with. Definitely worth driving a little bit further to do business with them!

I had an excellent experience with B&B. The owner and staff were all friendly and professional. They patiently answered my questions and explained exactly what was happening with my car. The repairs were completed the same day, at a fair price. Highly recommend!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. My transmission went out on me on a Sat night. Cliff at B & B gave me options for replacing the transmission. They worked with me & allowed me to leave my car there while I decided whether to replace my car or have it repaired. They had the car back to me after only one day of when I delivered the transmission & the customer service was above & beyond ... just exceptional! When I picked up my car, not only was it repaired but it had been washed, upholstery had been cleaned, and even the windshields & windows cleaned. THANK YOU for setting the bar so high with great customer service!!

I've been wanting a solid, trustworthy mechanic for a long time. The problem I would run into is that very few mechanics are so all inclusive. These guys have been able to fix everything so far. I've taken two trucks to them in the last 2 weeks, one of them with a 2 day time crunch and quite a few repairs to be made. I won't use anyone else. B&B will be our go to shop from now on. I've had front end work done, air conditioning, transmission service,oil changes, tires, and more. So far I haven't found anything they couldn't handle.

I noticed they didn't have many recent reviews and thought I'd throw one in. Highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed.

One of the best service providers I have ever used. I was traveling and had a blowout on the highway. My insurance company sent them out to where I was and while changing my tire, the wrecker driver pointed out that we had a hole in the oil pan caused from me going off of the highway during the blowout. He called my insurance company and explained the situation to them and he made it possible for my car to be towed to their shop for the oil pan to be replaced. He waited on the side of the road with us until the rental vehicle my insurance company sent out was there to drive and then he loaded my car and the repair shop employees kept me informed of the progress so I knew exactly when my oil pan would be there and then when my car would be ready. I highly recommend this wrecker and their automotive shop to anyone that needs service on the roadside or if you live there or are travelling through!

I will use no one else for my auto servicing. They towed my car one time & they took good care of it. They are honest & up front about all costs. The office staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Plus being a Napa service center their work is guaranteed nationwide.

Had a problem with really bad battery corrosion that ended up damaging some other parts. They were able to promptly tow, diagnose, order replacement parts, and repair my car, and even come give me a ride to the shop to pick it up when it was finished. They were able to get it all done before my final semester of classes started on Tuesday. Doris was very friendly and was the one who gave me a ride back to the shop. A+ service and definitely recommend.

My wife and I, were going from Houston to Arkansas to our son:s house. Entering Oklahoma my SUV broke down on I 75 S. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck and took us both to B&B Automotive. It was late afternoon. From there one of the owners suggested a the Hilton Garden very by. . After making the reservation, one of the owners took us there, even recommended, where to have dinner across the street. The following day they had the quote for the repair.. From a mechanics standpoint, they are a great shop. Did good work and no BS. I think the lady that assisted me was Doris... she was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was travelling on US 75 north when my SUV pulling a trailer blew a huge cloud of white smoke out the back and we had no transmission power left. It was very close to B&B's closing time. Doris answered the phone & she was very patient with me while I ran up to the exit sign to tell her my location. Doris was very professional, concerning & helpful throughout our repair experience. Their flatbed picked up our car & trailer & had us back on the road the next day around noon. I believe this is a Christian run business from talking with Doris and they could have sold me a transmission when all I needed was the trans cooling line re-connected. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They even found a few minor problems with my car (something loose here, something bent there) and fixed them for free. Great service, will use again.

Just a awesome experience in a bad time Travis was great managed to get truck towed to shop They did diagnostic on my truck let me know what my proplem was and things that needed attention .Service was just awesome ..They have a forever customer here 😊.
