They were prompt, courteous and professional. They did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs or services. From the initial call for a tow to giving me the keys back. They were clear from the start with the problem, repair needed and estimate. And the estimate was the final bill.
I kept a few of their business cards to give to some friends.
Thankful there are still some honest repair shops available.

Perhaps one of the most professional businesses I've dealt with in years. Honestly, 5 stars is not a high enough rating. My left rear tire came off on I20 and called for a tow. Thankfully, I called the tow truck from Santos Tire and Auto Repair.
Throughout the entire repair process, they kept me informed and explained why they were doing what they were doing. I am beyond pleased and can not say enough great things about them. Hopefully, I never need their services again, but if I do and I'm anywhere near them, they WILL get my business.

The service was amazing. They took care of everything I needed on my car. They were honest and transparent about the repairs needed on my vehicle. It wasn't just the car repairs but also the customer service I received. It was from the very beginning of the repair process with the towing. Santos Tire and Auto Repair is where you should take your vehicle for repairs. They are dependable, professional and most of all...honest. I've been patronizing this establishment for over 20 years. Their prices are hard to beat. For instance, my needed rear shocks, one place wanted to charge us $968.00, Santos charged $300.00 less and with better quality shocks.

Super Friendly Staff. After finishing my errand my car wound not start on a hot Texas afternoon. AAA contacted Santos Automotive when the technician arrived (under 30 minutes) offered for me to sit in his truck while he ran a diagnostic test, determined it wasn't the battery itself it was the terminal connection. Technician got the car started I went to their shop to have the terminals replaced. Super quick. Friendly, Reliable and Professional Service.

Been coming to Santos for my automobile repair needs for years. He always gets my car repaired in a timely manner and does good work. I’ve never had to take my car back for the same issues. He fixes it right the first time!

Very knowledgeable. Went in for a alignment and before they could do it they called me up and told me upfront what needs to be done and replaced before the aligning. Needed parts replaced and a couple parts were worn out . Truth hurts sometimes but you better be safe then sorry . I respect the honesty . Great work overall turn around time was on point . Rides good thank you Santos. First time but definitely will be back .
