I haven't been to the dentist in 4 years because of traumatic experiences in my past starting at the age of 10. My friend recommended I come since she had a great experience and they also allowed her to come in the room with me for moral support. Once I explained to the receptionist how much anxiety I had she let the rest of the staff know and they were so attentive to my needs and concerns. Everyone made me comfortable and tried to make me laugh. And then Dr.Pandya came in. And before he even examined my teeth he took the time to get to know me and understand where my anxiety stemmed from. He even shared relatable stories and respected my boundaries. After everything was examined he gave me a treatment plan with various options and financial assistance. But it doesn't just end there. The office manager Barbara explained to me how dental insurance works. I wish they taught this in school but she went above and beyond and spent at least an hour with me reviewing everything. She really catered to my needs and concerns. I am now on the path to regaining my oral health and I'm so excited to see results a year from now. Highly recommend for anyone with trauma or anxiety. Everyone here is amazing.

I had an appointment today and was a little nervous about it. Ciara was Great on explaining the process. Ciara was full of energy and made sure I was comfortable. Barbara was Great as well. Barbara made sure I received the financial help that I needed. She was there from Step 1 to finish! All of the the doctors and there assistants were Awesome! They made sure you were comfortable and received the treatment that you needed.Go get your smile together! It's worth it! I’ve been to this location a number of times and the staff and doctors have been some of the nicest and most pleasant people I’ve experienced at any dentist I’ve been to. They do good work and have helped me a lot!

Recently went and had a super easy process although I had a new insurance. They made it possible without any problems! The energy from everyone is super sweet and kind. Overall had a super pleasant experience.

Had my tri-yearly cleaning and wouldn't trade the hygienist for another one in this World. We have over a ten year history!! I love the staff!

Wow! Great service. I had an interview and I needed my first appointment with Monarch to go by quick. Shoutout to my tech and Dr. Patel for rushing my service and making sure i was taken care of quickly. Very pleased with Monarch Dental, their attention to detail and great customer service.

Regular 4 month teeth cleaning and annual examination. Both thorough and on time. I have been at this location for almost 20 years and received a variety of services from preventive care to fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, implants, and repairs. Dental care is important to my long term health and I have consistently received great care here.

The front receptionist staff are welcoming and nice. The doctor and hygienist are very kind and know there stuff. I didn’t feel pressured to proceed with any treatments. On the contrary, I was happy I was able to do it all on one day. I didn’t have to reschedule and come back a week or two later.

Dr. Shilpa is awesome. I went for the checkup for my family at Monach Dental. She ensured that we all are being taken care in parallel. She did the checkup thoroughly and told the problem areas based on what should be taken care immediately and what can wait. I am extremely satisfied with her services. I totally recommend her for a beautiful and healthy smile.

Monarch Dental was great per usual! They were able to get me in next day for an appointment and the whole appointment from check in to service was all very smooth. Everyone was very friendly too, no complaints at all and will continue to use them 😊

My experience, great place for basic dental care. I had come in many years ago with some gum problems. My hygienist, Hong is always polite, professional and efficient and has been there for me since day 1. She's great. Along with the Dentist, we started a program wherein I would visit 3 times a year instead of 2. My gum problems are now 98% solved (of course, I do my part the rest of the time). Additional thanks to Gary, the accounts manager, who has always stayed on top of the billing and gotten maximum benefits from my insurance company - imagine my surprise after one cleaning when he told me I owed nothing, the insurance company had released additional benefit. My only caution would be to look carefully at your plan and make sure you want everything they offer, as they tend to start you with "all of the above." For example, I do not like the fluoride varnish and always make sure that procedure is subtracted. Other than that, highly recommend Monarch Dental at Mockingbird Lane in Dallas.
