Jesse was extremely helpful and courteous! He made moving into my unit super simple. He was able to effectively answer all my questions and ease all my worries!

Jesse was great and very helpful. Everything was simple. Access was easy. The unit I had was clean and spacious. I caller after the unit was cleaned out. Having autopay deactivated was very easy with just a simple call. I definitely would use them again. I was so impressed with Jesse's friendly but professional character that I rented a unit from another Simply Self Storage in the city that I moved to.

Ms. Lilly!! I cannot thank you enough!! we have had this storage for quite some time and ever since she took over management, it has been wonderful! I had a few things I needed to go over with her and normally they close at 6pm and she stayed late just to call me back and took her time helping me through all of my concerns! She is literally the best! So sweet, so patient, very helpful & professional! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who’s looking for one! ☺

Lilly was so helpful and friendly! She got me all set up with my gate code as well as Storage Genie, which allows touchless entry through the gate with an app, so convenient.
