Was recommended to this place by my brother. But all I have had are bad experiences. Car was shaking too much when coming to a stop and filling up with gas. It was starting to become a huge issue with getting to work. Took the car in and they charged me $45 service fee to tell me my timing belt was out of time. I believed them so I was going to give them the go ahead and fork over $550 but had to wait till the end of the week. So I took the car back home. Come end of the week I take the car and dropped it off. 2 hours later they give me a call and tell me that it is no longer the timing belt that it is the fuel pump. They were now charging me $675. At this point I realized they had no idea what they were doing. So I went to go pick up my car. They still decided to charge me a $45 service fee to pick up the car or they would not give it to me. I told them how could they charge me $45 for a service fee when they incorrectly diagnosed the problem the first time. They got angry and told me to pay the money or no car. I paid the money and researched on my own with the symptoms my car had. Turned out to be a fuel purge valve. A $46 dollar part that took 10 minutes to take off and put on. What can I say, this place is a disappointment, don't waste your money here, because they sure will. To be clear this is reviewing the GTO's Alignment Shop, I figure they are partnered together with Harold Auto Sales as they are in the same lot.
