I've had a great time with fatima at freeway insurance. She is so funny, welcoming and Professional. She was so helpful and fast, getting me in and out.

Fatimah gave me excellent service got my down and monthly payment to half of what other companies told me i will suggest freeway to any 1 looking for insurance

I just signed up with Freeway insurance. It’s a great insurance company. They have great deals and Fatima’s showed excellent customer service.

Spoke ro Juan Ruiz and he was AMAZING! I was paying an arm and a leg for my current coverage and he worked diligently to find me a plan hundreds of dollars cheaper. He was very attentive, explained in full detail the policy and made this an awesome experience! Call JUAN RUIZ for all your needs!

I needed to reinstate my insurance policy but My policy had officially been cancelled due to non payment (long story) so I was transferred to freeway insurance to have my quote rewritten. Initially I was sent to a man who said I needed to contact a different department to have my issue resolved -this turned to me being put in a endless loop of interacting with the system then eventually not being able to choose any options so I was forced to end the call and try again... My second time around I was transferred to Ms. Arely and to say she was helpful would be an understatement. The whole process after getting transferred to her was about 15 min or less... she was very quick and knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed to fix and how to do that within the first 30 seconds of me explaining my problem. Throughout the whole process Ms.Arely demonstrated great patience and experience, allowing me to reinsure my vehicle and at an even cheaper price than before!

My policy is coming up for renewal and I get a call from Nancy @ the Buckner location, letting me know this and asking if I wanted to renew or she said she could do some checking to maybe find me a cheaper rate, Which she did. I have always done my business at the Forest Lane location since I have been using Freeway (about 6 years, I think). I will from now on conduct my business @ the Buckner location ONLY!
And for 1 reason only- Nancy ! ! ! She was very professional but also personable. She was honestly eager to help me with anything about my insurance.
It was SO REFRESHING to receive Old-fashioned customer service in an age where it is almost non-existent, and on such a high level that would have gone unrivaled even 30 years ago. She was absolutely delightful! I could go on and on about how great she is at her job. She most certainly should be recognized for this, as she has a natural talent for this. Don't know how much she is getting paid but it should be doubled! Take care of this one because people like Nancy are the reason good companies become great companies.
