Conner Pavilion - Lake Park

Conner pavilion is a picnic pavilion that can be rented. Parking is available by driving into the park for a per-vehicle fee. Or you can park in the free lots just north of the ballfields and walk about 100 yards.

Good park to have a picnic, but you must pay to reserve the pavilion. No loud music is allowed. There is a $10 entrance fee per vehicle. Nice lake view.

Top two ramps. Deep ramp. Porter John near by. Decent parking. Clean parking lot. Decent spacing. Nice turn around. Steep ramp. Strategic location. No issues.

Very nice park with tons of room for the kids to play.

Setting up a company party, we are happy to pay for the pavilion, we love that there are horseshoe pits, volleyball net, even a kitchen for a fair price. What I am not happy with is that even though we are paying for the pavilion, all of our employees (or us) have to still pay for each car to get into the park. This is a little overkill. I hope someone there will see this and discuss removing that policy.

had a bad experience with reserved parking. We had an reserved event which ended almost by 6:30 PM and the event manager left with my car inside the reserved parking space with gate locked. the gate security is not ready to let me out though she had the key and was not giving any alternative way except for the event manager to come back, as he was the authorized person to have the key back. but they had no issue giving the key to Unauthorized person while getting in. this was specially challenging as the park is closing at 7PM and she giving a deadline for event manger to comeback before that time as she is leaving. had the manager didn't show-up in time, my car would have been stuck there, possibly towed as it would be considered overstaying. only other option she gave is to call 911 to get my car out. the person could have very well verified my identity car documents and let me out or arranged some alternative. Selectively applying rules and worsening the situation is what bothers me, while it could have been easily resolved. It was memorable but with discomfort, it could have been worse. Definitely a good place for outdoor events if its well planned with enough precaution and fingers crossed no one left behind to deal with tollgate security.
