Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Garland/Dallas

The hotel was very very clean. I really appreciated how clean it was. We stayed on a Thursday evening and the lady who was working at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.
The room and location were great. There is a complementary breakfast that we didn't eat, but it's only things like cereal and juice. There are no hot breakfast foods served. This was not a deal breaker for us and would stay here again in the future.

Needed a place to stay due to a burst pipe after snowmaggedon '21. Room was clean. Wifi worked fine. They do require a deposit. And, yes they do need to fix that door, because pot smokers forget the door key.

I'm really only giving a review for the staff, mainly the manager, Dilan, because I didn't stay here. I only fixed their juice machine. A lot of places I go to that have the problem that they had here get very mad, because the problem requires the machine be defrosted for 3 days before being able to fix it, and most managers just can't understand that. Management here was very understanding and patient, and even nice about it. I can tell you from experience, if the staff is nice to a service technician, they will definitely be nice and accommodating to their customers.

I have been here for several months and my stay has been very pleasant. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are very nice and don't mind meeting the needs of their guest. My A/C unit went out and it was replaced immediately. The entire from guest services to the cleaning staff are awesome. I'm glad that I can have a clean room at all times as well as great customer service. That's very important in this day and time to be treated equal.

This hotel is the best. The staff are always nice and respectful the rooms are always clean it’s quite too. I come to get away all the time..

Very nice. Very clean. Very secure. There's a Walmart in behind the place. You need anything else? There's a bowling alley. There's a lot of different stores around. It's completely located off of a major highway is being totally renovated right now. It's to look like brand new. Very nice people and your prices. Not bad

The management are great people, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't put up with people that are loud, do drugs, or are rude. They lock the inside doors before dark, and the two doors on the sides you can't open from the outside. The rooms are nice. We have stayed here multiple months and have never had a problem

Stayed for 9 days and the reception team took care of superbly. Room spacious and clean. Great value and highly recommend.

Our five day stay was very comfortable. The management was always quick to respond to requests we had; and they were friendly and "look you in the eye" sincere. The Texas shaped waffles were excellent. Housekeeping did a detailed, efficient job every day. What more could we ask?

We stayed 8 nights for a tournament, and this hotel satisfied all of our requirements. Clean room, awesome staff, easy access to highway, and Wal-Mart for forgotten items. Two issues we had, only 1 washer/dryer for guests (we never had to wait to use it, though), and the stripes on the parking lot need to be redone. I am nitpicking here, because everything else was awesome. Remodeled room, and bathroom meant I did not have to duck down to wash my hair. I am over 6 foot tall, and usually hate taking a shower at hotels. This one was just like home. THANKS FOR THE TEXAS HOSPITALITY!

The room was spacious. I like the window area where you can sit or sleep and enjoy the view. The front desk staff was very courteous. I wish I had enough money to stay another night. I love the fact that is across from Walmart Supercenter and the bowling alley. Also close to alot of restaurants and on busline since I don't drive. The breakfast was good.

OMG i totally enjoyed my stay. I'm currently looking for a new spot so I'll definitely be checking in soon again. Location location location. I just wished my remote worked. Other than that they have my A-stamp Approval

I have to come to Dallas to see my Doctors from Louisiana. I always stay here. Very accommodating and I like the fact it's secured. Lots of eating places, Walmart around the corner and a bowling alley behind. I have never had a problem here. My rooms were always clean.

Sam handled the late night rush like a champ and got everyone squared away in a timely manner. Please give that man a raise, he's a hard worker.

Called on a short notice due to roaches in my last hotel.

Courteous and outstanding service. No problems. Clean rooms and great breakfast for the price paid.

I always put up at this hotel when im in Dallas. Guys are great and their attitude is excellent. There is space for semi truck parking. Excellent job guys keep it up

It's a nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best of all I feel comfortable leaving my items behind when I leave on errand and above all my wife feels comfortable being alone and coming and going from this location.

Management proactive in their determination to offer a clean safe place for families. Ample breakfast is included. Beds are comfortable. Within walking distance to multiple fast food locations, a bowling alley as well as a Wal-Mart supercenter.

Will defiantly stay again! I cannot say enough about how great the hotel staff was. So very helpful. The property is well maintained & very clean.

Friendly staff all around and super helpful. Also one of the cleanest hotels I've seen in a while. Definitely will be returning if necessary.
