Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Northeast - Arboretum, an IHG Hotel

I would just like to say that I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so kind to me. They’re very laid-back but efficient. This is definitely my new favorite place to stay. Thank you so much Patrice and Katie! You both are amazing! Thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Rooms here are spacious. Housekeeping cleans my room everyday. Breakfast is good and the people are very helpful. I have zero complaints about this hotel. They have everything you need. The drinks and food for sale are a bit overpriced but hey, your in a hotel. Patrice was exceptional in the service she provided, always helpful and always in a good mood. It was like she was happy to see us. Your night guy Luel was also a big help. I had never used door dash to order food but he taught me how to do it. Thank you guys for taking care of us! We enjoyed staying here during the work we had to do for two weeks. We will be back!

Best hotel I have stayed in!!!!!! The cleanest hotel I have stayed at!!!!!!! The best service, the best house keeping!!! By far the best out of any hotel!!!!!! Wish more hotels where like this one. Omg and they even clean it room while your stay!!!!!!! If I had 10 stars to give I would..!!!!

The bed was so comfortable with fresh and comfortable linens. The sliding glass door was so classy. I loved the security features. The key card reader worked effortlessly every time. My family loved their breakfast selection. My business partners and I were comparing notes over lunch and the ones that stayed at this location were very pleased with the staff's recommendations for dining . This is my second stay at this location, and will not be my last.

The public areas both inside and out were well maintained and attractive, breakfast was simple, with adequate choices and tasty, and the room was comfortable.

The service and the the professional, warm service and "make it right" attitude made my 3 night stay stellar. There were complications, but they took care of me. There were complications, I'm a CS fan, and these guys were top-notch with their customer service.

Tatum's overnight stewardship (front desk) was friendly and amusing. David, the security guard: professional and warm. Scott, management: cheerful and helpful. Al, the manager: came up to the room to see precisely what my issue was. Bella, front desk: sharply dressed, professional, patient. Hazel, front desk: a little bundle of sunshine and energy. Chris, food prep and service: attentive, courteous, helpful.

I took the time to learn their names because, rarely do I see such Top Down Professional Service. This is a clear indication of good leadership. Not only would I happily go again, but I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.

Hotel was great coffee breakfast staff rooms all a plus location not so good I called to ask how far from att stadium since I was coming a long way to see cowboy’s was told 15 mins yet was 45 minutes in Uber I would off stayed closer had they been honest

I was able to get plenty of rest and Patrice was so helpful with my questions. I will be back soon, she made my stay perfect!

When I called to inquire about rooms I didn’t care for their tone of voice Based on their photos I asked if they only had showers or if they had bath tubs (no water in apt due to winter storm) so I was in need of a nice hot bath, someone abruptly stated “Showers!”. I also asked if they allowed pets and was told they do not even though I saw at least two guests with pets upon my arrival. However, upon my arrival much to my dismay my experience was amazing and exceeded my expectations. They were so friendly and accommodating, very personable staff. The room was nice and clean and there was indeed a bath tub inside. My kiddos were able to use the amenities and enjoy the warm climate indoor pool in this cold weather after we checked in. We had a great night and I would definitely recommend and stay here again if necessary thanks guys for making us comfortable in your hotel during these trying times.

Staff very nice and helpful. Manager is super sweet and anything needed, she did her best to make it happen. Seems like the staff works together and I stayed here 1 week exactly and not once did I hear another staff member complaining about another. Positive atmosphere. Clean. Quiet. They didn't gripe if I had company like most motels. Beds so comfortable. I don't have one complaint on this location. Now I saved the best for last---- the little black lady in the kitchen can cook!!! Her Biscuits and Gravy are the BEST... The gravy had such a good flavor, perfect amount of seasonings. The cinnamon rolls OMG-melt in my mouth. This young lady knows what she is doing and is a go getter. She kept everything clean and filled I will definitely be coming back to this location. My job requires 90% of my time staying in morels around the DFW area ...and I just found my second home. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel welcomed and getting my belly full before I crashed...(Daytime Sleeper).😘😘😘

Hotel was clean, hot breakfast was good. My only issue was the water pressure in our room. Overall would stay again. Close enough to Dallas for my liking.

Just woke up after my first night at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Northeast to what was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had (not to mention the space was always spotless). Chicken, the attendant on duty, knew I was waiting on more coffee and let me come to the back while it was still brewing to fuel my morning caffeine intake. She deserves a raise! Also, some of the best hotel cinnamon rolls you’ll ever have. Thanks for having a normal 3 hour window for breakfast (unlike other establishments). This one is a winner!

Had a great stay!! Staff had a busy weekend and maintained fast friendly efficient service. Mia went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Great job keep it up!!! Definitely will stay again!!!

I stay here all the time when I'm in the area. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean.

Incredible stay overall. The rooms were pristine and the sliding door is an incredible feature. Very friendly and accommodating staff. When I do travel back to Dallas I know I'll be staying here again.

Have stayed at this location twice. Both times the staff was wonderful. Our room was fresh and clean. AC worked great. Will stay here for work twice a year. Great place.

Friendly, smiling staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. It's a very clean and modern building including the guest rooms (after all, it's brand new). The included breakfast was a nice touch with good variety. Staff is very hospitable. Would recommend over many other Dallas hotels.
