1626 Auto Inspections

I highly recommend 1626 auto inspections. This place is run by two very courteous and professional women. They have a very efficient system and inspected my car in approx 12 minutes once they got me to the bay. I arrived and there were approximately 7 cars in front of me and I got out of there in about 40 minutes. Getting your car inspected is a pain but these folks made it smooth as a summer breeze. Appreciate y’all, 1626!

We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and quick, obviously masters at what they do. Seating with A/C inside and a nice seating area with picnic tables to wait outside. Able to tip on card. Definitely recommend.
Ps. sorry I accidentally left my tea outside!

This is my second time coming here and to say they are fast is an understatement. They are fast. Normally not busy. This time they aren't and took me right away but last time a little but never a long wait. Glad I am done with work early today to be able to get it done.

Wishing I had known about this place sooner ! Jiffy lube used to be where I would go for state inspections but their hours are inconsistent! So today I gave this place a try. They were busy but so efficient ! You can tell the place is run well. I was in and out quickly. The staff was really friendly , too ! Highly recommend ! Will be back the next time we need an inspection .

Was intimidated to get an inspection done with my 3 year old and 4 week old tagging along but it couldn’t have been more smooth. It took about 10 minutes and they were so helpful - ushering my crew into the waiting room and having the heat on in the car for when we got back in. Great spot!!

Arrived early on a weekday and was taken care of in under 10 mins. The staff is so kind and hard working. Really appreciate their service and will come here for all my future inspections 👍

This Mom & Pop operation was super nice ! Got a warm welcome & sweet smile from the lady in charge. Quite busy on a Saturday afternoon, but they offered to hold my place in line & let me return at an assigned time.I chose to remain in the cozy waiting room & chat with other patrons in an old fashioned friendly way . Also a bench outside to chill. They welcomed me to use their restroom. I've been coming here for several years.
If you go somewhere else to get your inspection, there's a good chance they will tell you to come back later, or tell you that their inspection person is off for the day. This place is quite the opposite. I freaking love this place.

Guys were super nice! Waited about 30min but its worth it. Not too busy. Waited outside on picnic table. Had nice shade and wasnt too bad. If your complaining about the sun then find shade. Right? Come here and get your inspection! Great customer service amd would def come again.

It took about 15 minutes for my car to go into the bay. 10 minutes later I was paying and they were bringing my car out.

This is a no BS kind of place, so it is perfect for me. They only do inspections which makes the wait short and sweet, at least with my experiences. I was in and out within 30 minutes this last inspection and it was lunch hour. I spent many summers in a maintenance shop so I find the small shop cozy and familiar. There's a couple of benches and a picnic table outside, which is nice. There's an indoor waiting room that's okay if it's needed. There's also a couple of food trucks within walking distance that I considered but they were already done with my vehicle before I made the decision to eat.

Been going to this inspection station for years. They’re fast, fair, and efficient. They’re friendly and have never tried to sell me a repair that wasn’t needed (I go in knowing my vehicle passes). They’re very busy now and today was a 90 minute wait, but they’re working as fast as they can. Just like many other places there’s a shortage of workers and they’re taking referrals from other locations who have stopped doing inspections.

Kj is the best, I spent way too much time trying to figure out what places do inspections. At 1626 that's ALL they do. And KJ was hauling the whole time making sure everyone got taken care of quickly.

Patsy inspected my vehicle and it was a breeze. She was very accommodating and had my vehicle back within 10 min. She gave me information on registering my vehicle and was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction! Overall timely and positive experience!
