I'd like to compliment Martha Thompson for her outstanding & superior customer service. I'm so honored, grateful and thankful to meet this shining star. Martha is very professional, friendly, and attentive. I've never had the experience of burying a loved one, she made the process very easy, she is detailed oriented and has a genuine concern for people. She has compassion for the people and because of the passion she has for her job and others I will tell everyone about my life changing & positive experience. Martha is easy to talk to I felt like I've known her for years. Keep up the great work Martha I hope to see you running the place one day because YOU deserve it and you're the right person for the job.

They were very informative from the start. I've never been through this process before and they walked me through each and every step, without missing anything. They are very sincere and dedicated to their Craft. Caron, Victor and Lamar all did an excellent job from start to finish and even checking on me weeks after..... Best experience possible if there is such a thing when going through this. My family has entrusted Lincoln Memorial for at minimum of 5 of my family's services. Not pushy or overpriced...... Well worth every penny spent and then some!!

I think Lincoln is one of the better funeral homes that really take time to help the family sit and talk to them and just tell them all the opportunities they have to do and going through and they step by step with you through the funeral after the front they continue to contact you and make sure that you're all right my family have been using them for decades my great-great-great-grandmother and father use them we are six generations strong with them I think they are the best

I was extremely impressed with my interaction with Caron Sneed, one of the advisors there at Lincoln. She was extremely knowledgeable, very communicative, and more than anything, so pleasant and personable, especially during a rather difficult time for me and my family. In the funeral service industry, “customer care” and the first impression is extremely important and she’s is a master at both.

Victor and Janice truly made the process so much easier. It was Victor's 1st week at Lincoln but he answered every question and met all our needs.

My heart is full. The staff at Lincoln was more than available for my family at the home going of our beloved mom Lucille Lopez. We have so much appreciation for the staff of Lincoln and Mr Kirby was the best. We will forever be reminded of your kindness.

Losing a loved one unexpectantly is incredibly difficult, but Lincoln Funeral Home & Memorial Parks met our family's needs! While the whole team was helpful, Lawanda (Michelle) Tyeskie was the absolute best!! She was always available to answer our questions and she was incredibly responsive (via email, phone, and text). Michelle explained all the visitation and funeral service details, shared our church options in the Dallas area, discussed insurance details, and was the liason between our family and the DFW National Cemetery to make sure our family member was laid to rest with his Military honors! I would recommend Lincoln Funeral Home for other families too, just be sure to request Michelle Tyeskie. Other team members that were helpful were Kirby (General Manager), Tawana (Angel) Carrol (Family Service Counselor), and Lamar (Service Support).

Mrs. Stone maintained her professionalism throughout the process. Mr. S. Hill was an awesome speaker and a great assistant to the director. Andrew and I were searching for his brother of 26 years ago. Shametria went out of her way to find the block number and everything. Marcus also went out of his way to find the exact plot by driving there and even sent us pictures of the exact space 6A. I am so 🥹. They are So compassionate about what they do.
