Willie Gilchrist was super professional. Contacted me a day ahead to ask questions
so that he was well prepared for the job. Arrived within the agreed time frame. Got in and got straight to identifying and later rectifying the problem with our leaky shower. Carried himself well and was knowledgeable about his profession. It seemed at times, he coulda used an extra hand but he managed and handled it like a boss! Highly recommended

I've used Pond's for years for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. Their technicians are always so nice and professional. Brian was the most recent technician and he was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great tips for my heat pump. I wouldn't ever call anyone else. I cannot recommend Pond's highly enough!

Ponds saves the day again! We have had two other companies out to “fix” our noisy pipes and spent $$$ to no avail. Nate came out to address leaky pipe (different problem) and let us know that he thought he could fix our noisy pipe problem. Sure enough, after dealing with this loud pipes for over a year, he had it assessed and fixed in 15 minutes. Our water pressure is now awesome, our pipes are quiet and we could not be happier. I really appreciated Luke’s help with our issue. He gave us good solution options, and even gave us the name of another business that does tub resurfacing that might have a lower cost solution. On a Sunday evening I found myself in a challenging situation when the main pipe of my water softener unexpectedly burst, leading to a considerable flood in my basement. Needing a new shutoff valve inside the house I called on Pond's again.
Will Gilchrist came to the house and gave me a couple of options based on time and cost. While doing the valve he noticed our pressure regulator was in need of replacement in the near future.
Not wanting any surprise problems I chose to have the PRV replaced as well.
Will completed the job with no problems and cleaned up.
I've been happy with Pond's Plumbing and I like supporting our local businesses.

Called Ponds Plumbing to troubleshoot an intermittent issue with my furnace. Alex was very professional and didn’t try to up-sell me on any hypothetical problems that “might be” causing the problem. Follow up review on our THIRD, yes, THIRD experience with Ponds this year!! Jeff the tech was friendly and amazing! Our heater went out leaving littles & I almost frozen solid on one of the coldest nights this winter so far! Pond’s was able to send us Jeff within 12 hours of my call for help & Jeff was able to make a SAME DAY REPAIR getting our heater up & running and my littles back to toasty warm! Pond’s is AMAZING!!!!! Ralph is a straight up Rock Star & Alex is the most genuine & talented rep in the industry! I live in Bountiful & ended up needing service asap in 105 degree heat! My babies were suffering & drenched in sweat as was I.
