I always take orders to go but today I ate inside the service was excellent and Julieth one of the cashier was on point with everything like always the food was great loved the nachos

Loved Emanuel ! His attitude, his kindness, EVERYTHING! The service and the food were amazing and honestly I ate the best polo asado I have in a minute and to make it better Emanuel chatted with me and my parents and made the atmosphere sooo fun and enjoyable:)

Great service & Great food. Emanuel was awesome and very courteous. Our order was precise and freshly prepared. Our food was cooked to order and the quality was exceptional!

Have been coming to this location for 10+ years and their chicken has never disappointed. Other locations do not compare in regards to quality, each time my family and I always come back here.

Stopped by and had 2 tortas, drive thru, it was pretty fast getting food and everything was hot by the time I got home! Friendly staff and very welcoming. Definitely recommend the fajita torta!

Pollo regio never disappoints. I received 5 star customer service and as always the food is delicious. Highly recommend. The associates that assisted me was Alexis and he was very helpful and went above and beyond

First time to this place. Claudia took care of us. She is a literal angel. The food, impecable, the music, amazing, the green guacamole looking saucy sauce, to die for. I’d legit take a bath in it if I could. 10/10 recommend Pollo Regio.

I was super hungry and I was driving by and saw this restaurant and I stopped by to get some chicken. LET ME TELL YOU GUYS IT WAS DELICIOUS! The chicken I ordered was juicy and had a really great flavor. The cashier Alexis was really Awsome she was very attentive and the manager Gabriel and his crew were really nice to me and attended me really fast. I can say for the first time coming here I will be back for more delicious food!!! Thank you for your service!! You guys are awesome for all the hard work. Another plus I also loved it because it was clean and the restrooms were also clean!!

Love pollo regio half chicken and regio player with carne asada. This location is by far the best location I’ve been to in the dfw area. If you looking for a family meal or just something for yourself they have everything from salads , potatoes, soup, taco , hamburgers , whole and half chickens best grilled chicken in Dallas.

Luis was very nice and made sure I got my whole order. Everything was really good!

Love it. The beans were so flavorful. The chicken delicious 😋😋😋😋. I got the half chicken meal and it lasted me three servings...
