Gotta find a new Cleaner. I have been using this location for several years. Never had an issue with my clothes, but staff should be inside working not outside "taking a smoke break".

This place is very unreliable. I have twice gone to pick up clothing, which I had to leave there, as they did not get the stains removed. Dropped off a suit for alterations, was assured that it would be ready in 7 days...but alas, you can guess where this is going....

Would not recommend.

Was my go to cleaners, but lost a pair of my slacks. Left my number twice for a call back or update, never heard anything. Too many kids running the evenings and weekends.

I have used this business for many years despite some of the reviews. In November I took several items in for cleaning and 2 items were returned to me damaged. Both of these items were BRAND NEW NEVER WORN! They were very expensive shirts. One Ralph Lauren Rugby $158 and Vineyard Vines dress shirt $98.50. The Rugby was returned with red spots all over it and the dress shirt was returned with buttons “torn” off. The following day I took the discolored item (Rugby shirt) back to Moore’s and they said they would speak to owner and let me know what was to be done about it. Moving on to present day which is 2 months later, 4 appearances at business, and calls twice weekly there is no resolution to this issue. Not only that but now I have been told that my item was picked up and taken to “Benbrook.” I don’t know, maybe they have a store there. Promises to return my calls have not been fulfilled. While I understand that things happen, I am most upset about their lack of customer service. I would not recommend using this business.

The owner is a coward and hides behind his employees. They have been told not to give out his phone number so he/she does not have to respond to customer issues. I have used this cleaner since 1999 when I moved to Mansfield. In the past, when they damaged my clothes or ruined buttons, they would step up and replace/repair free of charge. Now greed has taken over. May God Almighty return to them 10 fold as they have treated their customers.

Update 15 minutes later. I got home and went to hang up my shirts only to find they did not replace the buttons That I just paid to have them replace. That would be theft! Since they have no moral compass I returned the shirts to them so they could sell them for a profit. What a great return on their investment. Charge $5.49 for work they don’t do and then sell someone else’s property for additional profit.

Update 1 hour later. Filed BBB complaint only to find the name has changed from Moore Custom to Millers Custom Cleaners. Moors must have had too many negative reviews.

I have used the place twice and the help and management is the worst I have ever encountered in 89 years. The last time I took 3 pair of Wrangler trousers in to be dry cleaned and they charged me $12.50. (That is over $4.00 a pair of pants). Highway robbery. To top this the clerk was very rude. I gave her a $20.00 bill and she brought me $6.50 in change and walked off. I was in my car in drive thru so I blew horn and she came back. Explained to her that she had ripped me off for $1.00 and she said I should have counted the change when she gave it to me. She finally gave me a $1.00. Not only do they over charge, but in this case I feel she tried to steal $1.00 from me. With all the complaints I read here, think the BBB should check them out. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

The worst cleaners I've ever used.

This Cleaners used to be good until they changed owners.

Needed some dry cleaning done for some work in Houston. Took custom table linens on Friday afternoon at 2pm. Ticket and attendant said they would be done by Saturday at 5:30pm as usual. Table linens never showed up on Saturday. Then I had to drive all the way to Houston and back to Dallas to retrieve them for my job on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Table linens still not there when I arrive from Houston on Tuesday. I even called Tuesday morning to make sure they would be there before I left Houston.

Tried calling and leaving the owner (Pravin) a message on Saturday... No one got back to me.

I'm currently sitting in my van waiting for some man in Benbrook to bring me my Linens. Complete waste of my life.

This place is horrible for customer service.i stood over 5 min just to get some attention of the lady in counter, it was not busy. It was just me and her playing with her phone. I promise to never to use them again ever. There are many better alternative in area with good customer service and better price. Bye and won't use y'all again.

New customer, now former customer. In this service, prompt service is paramount. In by 9 out by 5:30 is advertised. If you can’t deliver, that’s false advertisement and a waste of your customer time when they have to return.

The worst cleaners I have ever used , they ruined 3 new shirts of mine and a new pair of slacks . I brought to the lady's attention and all she said was oh, Like she could care less, I am not the type to just post negative comments at a whim but these people are costing me money and don't give a Damn.
