The guys were SO respectful; always watching out if I had to come in and out of the house. They were extremely diligent with clean up after, and they were SO fast with their work I couldn’t believe it. Additionally, the quality of work and materials used expectations as well. Noah and his crew were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end very clean very courteous very kind would do business with Noah and best roof. Any time I do highly recommend this company as I write very few reviews, this one was more than appropriate.

I highly recommend this company for roof replacement. They put considerable time with my previous insurance company to file a claim on roof damage that occurred under that policy...I did not know that was possible. They knew the laws and walked me through the process and got the company to honor the policy.

They expedited my project to work around my travel schedule and got it done in two days and were very quick to respond to questions.

They took extensive measures on cleaning up afterwards and were very pleasant to work with.

Best Roof in Town came highly recommended and they lived up to our expectations in every way. Bonner and Ashley are great at communicating every step of the process from the first inspection, to the installation and cleanup and also dealing with the insurance company. Their contractors did a very professional job in a timely manner. Afterwards they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known they’d been here except for the new roof! The contractors also went above and beyond to caulk around a window they noticed needed it. This is the best roof we’ve ever had.

Our recent roof replacement by Best Roof in Town was outstanding. This is a local company and the owner, Bonner, provided excellent customer service, helpful advice, and constant contact from the inspection all the way through to the completion of the installation. Bonner came out within hours of contacting him and climbed on the roof and conducted a thorough inspection. After signing a contract with him, he promptly submitted a claim to our insurance.The roofing crew were punctual, hardworking, and did an excellent job cleaning our property once the project was complete. There was a crew of 9 that made the job go very quickly and the bonus was that there was no loud music playing. Bonner was nice and patient with us throughout and even took time to educate us on all aspects of our roof. We are very pleased with our new roof and have the peace of mind and comfort knowing that the job was done right. We have already recommended this company to others.

I had an excellent experience with Best Roof in Town. Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He did a thorough job on the roof inspection, helped with setting up the insurance claim, was available on time during the insurance inspectors visit (both times!) and most importantly, was prompt and honest in all his communication. The work itself was done thoroughly professionally in a day. Matthew made sure to come around and do a final check and clean-up. He made follow-up calls to make sure there were no leaks and to remind me about the labor warranty should anything go wrong. Highly recommended!

Best Roof in Town (BRIT) replaced our roof after a hail storm that hit Leander in April (on our wedding weekend no less!). I decided to work with them since they were local to our neighborhood and the Leander area. Both Bonner and Ashley were super responsive and friendly throughout the process, from inspection all the way to the repair date. Due to high demand and supply shortages, BRIT kept me informed as we waited for our drop date to be scheduled, and even offered to upgrade my shingle material to complete our roof in a more timely manner. Once we had our date scheduled, the roof was completed in 1 day, with our gutter installation that following week. Efficient and quality work!

On the day of the repair, we did run into an issue with a water pipe leak due to the line being installed too close to the roof boards when the home was built. I happened to be out of town that day, and I'm very appreciative that Bonner came to the house to help my wife respond the the water issues and help get mitigation measures started.

This was my first homeowner's experience dealing with a roof claim, and I felt completely informed and comfortable throughout the process. Bonner and Ashley entertained all of my questions without hesitation. Most importantly, since we did end up filing a separate insurance claim for the issues caused by the pipe, they cut us a deductible credit to help out with the additional unexpected costs.

In short, I'd recommend BRIT for roof repair/installation and use them in the future!

No pesky nails or staples to worry about for our dogs in the yard. Top notch customer service and communication throughout. A wonderful first time experience for getting our roof replaced!

They really did an AMAZING job on my roof. They took good care of me by being very flexible with my ever-changing fast paced schedule. They worked with my insurance so that I didn't have to. They put many workers on the roof so that it can be completed all within a day. Isaac and workers cleaned up my yard and checked for roofing nails and debris afterwards. If I need to change my roof again, I would use them again. GREAT Service!
