Breadsmith of St. Louis

Purchased the blueberry lemon dessert bread, a coconut pecan scone, and an orange scone. All were delicious!
The staff was so friendly, they actually brightened my day! I can't wait to try more breads and see their smiling faces.

People had been telling me about Breadsmith since I first moved to St. Louis. One of my neighbors brought a loaf of the chocolate chip pumpkin bread as a housewarming gift. I was in Chesterfield so it took me a while to finally get there but once I did I now go regularly. The service is wonderful and everything tastes great!

We got some really delicious bread and cookies here recently! The staff was very warm and friendly during our visit. The selection was awesome, and it is a big plus to know they are connected to the community. They are on the end of a strip mall complex, which is a little tricky for parking, but they are right by a traffic light so it is easy to get back onto Manchester. Give it a try, I think you will enjoy it ;)

Oh my this place is amazing. Bought 5 loves specifically for my 90 year old Gramps who loves rye. We've tried various bakeries in IL and MO and Breadsmith was our top choice compared to others. The ryes, fruit, and sweet orange cranberry...all delightful. Was worried about having them sliced...thinking they'd dry out but they didn't. Great job Breadsmith!

This place is awesome! Great staff & service, with a good variety of baked goods created in a large hearthstone oven on premises. Breads & muffins are their specialty. Today I picked up pumpkin chocolate chip muffins & french peasant bread. Their apple pie bread is also a favorite- makes best ever french toast.

Friendly staff. One of the best blueberry muffins I have had in a long time and the coffee is also very good.

Best breads you will ever have. Try the seasonal chocolate chip pumpkin bread. WOW!!! If you like pumpkin this brings it to a whole new level. The rolls are amazing too. Best sourdough, best wheat, and on and on... Best quality.

Me and my husband just stopped by the shop as we are big bread fans, when we entered inside there was this basket on the table with olive bread and some chocolate chip bread to taste and both of them were amazing. we tried few more breads and all of them were too delicious. It was difficult to pick one out of all yummy breads. We bought a multigrain raisin and walnut bread and we just loved bread. The flavours were too rich, it had lots of raisins and nut in them. Very high quality product . I would definitely go again and try all of their products.

Outstanding bread-I particularly like the English Muffin bread-only place in St Louis that has it-great for avocado toast!

Never knew this place existed... Now we know where we can get some 100% awesome Cuban Bread to make perhaps one of the best sandwiches on the planet... What is it, you ask? The Cuban sammy, of course! Ham, pulled pork, Swiss, pickle chips and mustard hot-griddle pressed between that awesome crunchy, crust with that tangy-sweet, light and fluffy inside... YUMMM! Did I make you hungry?

I love the farmer's wheat bread toasted with chunky peanut butter and jam. The muffins and scones are good, too. They often have bread I the cutting board to try and you might find something you really like.

We stopped in here after going garaging in Kirkwood. I don't even know what kind of bread that I bought, but it is seriously the best bread I have ever eaten. I can't recommend this place enough...just wish it was closer to my house!

I always make my way to Breadsmith's for pizza crusts and for their breakfast breads like raisin cinnamon or for my husband, peach pie bread. Yum!

A wide variety of breads and some pastry. The scones were to die for and the breads are incredible. We will be back for another visit.

I'd travel any day and anytime to get the taste of their sourdough and customer service. yummmmmmmmmmm
