I have only ordered from here through Doordash delivery, but my order is always right, delicious, and consistent. I am addicted! Their orange chicken and cheese wontons (has crab in it) are my favorites!

Food is always tastes great, big portions and hot. 1st time order wasn’t correct-ordered extra onion but got no onion

Not like “Arc-en-Ciel” in Arlington in the 1990s. But China Island is the tastiest Chinese food I’ve had in years. The finest I’ve experienced was at a floating restaurant in Kowloon.
My wife and I ordered many dishes. We liked everything. Our favorites are “Happy Family” and “General Tso’s Chicken”. The spices are milder than many Szechuan dishes in other restaurants. But this allows us to enjoy the flavor more.
China Island food has been delicious and fresh each time. And prepared fast each time. We’ve ordered online several times. Many times, via "Uber Eats", but once in a while, picking up orders ourselves. The portions are generous. For ordering online, they are tough to beat.

Great little place to eat, nice people too. Price is a little steep on some things, but I think it's worth the money. Here's an updated menu, they've added a few items since the last photos of the menu were taken.

The food (cashew chicken, lettuce chicken wraps, shrimp spring rolls, lemon pepper chicken wings) and drinks (milk tea with strawberry flavored popping pearls, watermelon refresh and lychee delight) were delicious and the staff was super nice. Found my new Chinese Restaurant!

I decided to try China Island since it was on the way home from work. It was very good. You are able to see the chefs using woks and cooking the food after you order it. The food was fresh and hot. This will be our new go to place for Chinese takeout in Mansfield.

The orange chicken was hot, fresh and very delicious. I ordered inside and my food was ready in 15minutes!

This restaurant is a gem tucked away inside Mansfield. Unfortunately, it is easy to overlook given the location, however, this place is not worth missing. The honey walnut shrimp is probably my favourite entree, and they always load up the entrees with lots of extra veggies and a decent side of rice. They’ve also got really good boba teas. Make sure to swing by if you’re looking for good take out at a great price with friendly service!

We've ordered several items and always been pleased with the quality and freshness of the dishes. Their vegetable soup is one of my favorites - healthy and delicious. We have delivered and it is always fast!

Let me preface this by saying I am extremely particular about my Chinese food… most places have weird textures, chicken is questionable, and flavorless. This place is by far the BEST Chinese food I have ever had. I usually always get the orange chicken and I get my daughters the sesame chicken since it’s not spicy. One dinner portion is plenty to feed two people. Sooooooo good!! It is a little pricey but absolutely worth it. You MUST try this place!!

Every dish, every time was delicious. keep up the quality and generous servings for take out and I will be there every week for our dinner. Beef is tender. Curry chicken , great. Delicious pot stickers. Keep it authentic.

DELICIOUS and so fresh! Some of the best Chinese I’ve had in a long time. I ordered Sesame Chicken and it was perfection! Would definitely be back when in the area again!

Great food. Huge servings. One dinner entree was enough for dinner and lunch the next day! Cost is better than the place with the black and white bear!

I can't rate this higher as far as the food goes, they were fast and it was fresh out of the wok. The veggies were freshly steamed and service friendly. It has been tough to find good Chinese these days with all the buffet types out there. This is more like a cafe made when ordered, and delicious.

Literally the best Chinese place I been to that serves good rice noodles , not a fan of the Singapore style but love the original , they give you so much inside for a great price , the tso chicken is def my favorite too, better taste and actually good size chicken unlike other restaurants where they give u shrink up parts . Always felt good after eating as well. Dumplings are okie I would go to a actually dimsum spot to experience better taste but other then that 10000/10 will always get my food from here

We order from them often. It’s always delicious and consistent.
I LOVE their wonton soup. It comes with lots of fresh veggies. Dumplings are flavorful and we order them often too.
Their egg rolls are perfectly crispy and I am a big fan of their fried rice.
We never had anything we didn’t like from there and it seems the food is made with love.
