If you have never had a Schlotzsky's sandwich, you need to treat yourself to one. Start with the original with everything. You will find yourself not trying the rest of the menu. The sourdough bread is properly baked and the ingredients add together for a mouth watering experience. No kiddin'.

First time at a Schlotzsky’s, food was good, service was good. I’m taking the time to leave this review because the older gentleman that brought me my food was wonderful! So kind and nice! THE WORLD NEEDS MORE HUMANS LIKE HIM!!

This location in Austin by far has the best service, atmosphere and quality in the food. Every time I come in, I’m greeted kindly and the employees really tend to my every need. My food isn’t just made - it’s made with love!
I’m a die-hard fiesta chicken fan. If you haven’t gotten it before, I highly recommend it with extra Chipotle Mayo & roasted red peppers with lots of hot sauce! A flavor burst in your mouth.
Looking forward to coming back again!

Joseph and Agosha provided wonderful hospitality at a birthday gathering with friends. We even got a lovely serenade and birthday wishes 🕯 tucked into a sweet surprise… really made my day. They were so warm and sincere, I felt like we left with new friends and a fresh start on our belated birthdays. And of course, the food was great. :.) Made me feel like Austin was still Austin for a minute ~ the friendly hometown I grew up in. 💜

Had lunch there today. Fast, friendly service at the counter, and the gentleman delivering food & bussing tables could not be kinder or more engaging. Makes me want to come back.

Really nice food, i loved everything. The bread on the sandwiches was just a tad bit hard but I still enjoyed it.

I decided I wanted soup to go along with my dinner salad. I was on my way home from work and decided to visit the drive thru. I let the worker know it was my first visit and he explained everything on the menu and even let me know his favorites. I chose the tomato basil soup and grilled cheese annnnnnnnd a cinnamon roll. This was the best tomato soup I've had in a long time. Thick, creamy, rich and perfect for the cooler weather. Joseph was absolutely amazing. His personality and customer service is truly rare and greatly appreciated. He even comped me the cinnamon roll, in honor of my first visit. I will definitely be back. Good food and great service is hard to come by, we'll done Joseph and thanks again.

Great food with excellent service. Diego went above and beyond to make my dining experience pleasant.

This is a great location with courteous staff. Only downside is they don’t have the freestyle coke machine. This has become one of our favorite places to eat. One of the senior members is absolutely awesome, drop by sometime and he will greet you with a sincere smile.

We had the most sweetest older gentlemen that was very helpful and very polite which in this day is not very common

I love Schlotzsky's. My go to sandwich is the medium deluxe original on jalapeno cheese bread. It has double the meat as the original and is just the right size to fill me up without getting sick. Put some hot sauce on it for a little extra kick...mmm. I don't know if it's just this location but I never get a pickle spear with my online order, even though I purposely leave the box unchecked in the "omit" section. But since I can't rate in fractional stars (they're docked 0.5 stars for missing pickle) rating remains 5 stars.

Reviews I never thought I’d write…stopped in here during lunch hour rush and the staff was SO over the top friendly, attentive, and food was so quick that I had to leave a review. Both my husband and I were blown away ha. This team is doing it right!

Schlotzskys is my daughters favorite restaurant which we frequent at least once a week. Today set the bar for best experience ever!!! Joseph, wow, best employee we’ve ever worked with, thank you for helping the family finish the first day of school with a bang!!!

Quick service/pizza delicious but its cold. Cut the oven up a notch. Please and thank you.
Came back and got a calzone and it was delicious.

Food is as good as ever. Service is generally fast but spotty. On this visit the kitchen people didn't call my order and by the time I got it, it had cooled a fair bit. It's happened before.

This was the first time I tried the Schlotzsky’s pizza. It was beyond my expectations and will have more in future :).

If you haven't had their lemonade you better run over there & get some!!! It is delicious!

I came in during lunch rush with a friend and everyone at this location is so friendly. Mason was so helpful and patient as we looked over the menu. The tables were clean and the food hit the spot! Will definitely be back.
