I was actually shocked to see the room very nice and clean compared to the outside.
the room was big enough and clean sheets. Very comfortable bed.
They might need a little more improvement on the Breakfast area.

Awesome place. We had a very comfortable night's sleep. The people who work here are so thoughtful and kind.
The room was clean and it's walking distance to the IHOP next door. Target is one exit away and I-35 North is right there as you exit the parking lot. Each room has wifi, a refrigerator and you get a complimentary breakfast. They also have grip bars by the toilet and in the shower. And lastly, the coffee tasted great! Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely love hotel my hubby and I just left this one room 235 and stayed a week we booked the wrong hotel now in in the dump next door but services are amazing the front desk guys are welcoming and friendly quiet clean great location I'M COMING BACK TO THIS ONE EVERYTIME...thanks guys

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. Friendly staff, free breakfast and delicious coffee. Been very accommodating which has been so amazing. I was very surprised by how nice the room was too. Also laundry on site! Definitely recommend

Cheapest room on my way home at 3 am, rooms were super clean and good ac! They gave me breakfast, but I slept till 11am

My stay was the night of 6/30/2023 to 7/1/2023

Immediately upon entering the lobby area I was greeted with a smile. Soon after I was given very clear details regarding their policies including the security deposit, no pets allowed, and additional fees that may incur if there was damage to the property or extra guests staying etc. It would be very hard to recieve an unexpected fee because the policies were so explicitly explained as well as posted at the front counter.

The room itself was very clean and had amenities provided, plenty of outlets for devices and free wifi. The TV also had access to its HDMI ports which I appreciated so I could plug in my laptop and watch movies off of it. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Also I booked a non smoking room and there was 0 smoke smell which was great and a result of their policy regarding smoking in non smoking rooms. The door had a deadbolt lock and an additional lock, and the windows had thick curtains so I felt safe in the room.

The hotel is located very close to a gas station and some local restaurants which was very convenient and only about 12 minutes away from UT campus.

And upon checking out I was ensured id recieve my security deposit back same day after the room was cleaned and verified to be free of damages and that's exactly what happened. I was thanked for my patronage and left with a good experience here.

Overall a great deal for the price of the room and great customer service during my stay just be aware there is a security deposit you must place, and if you follow the rules you should have no problem!

Imagine you stay the night in a hotel. The hotel has a policy of a cash only deposit, but they are very nice when you check in, and you go ahead and give them $150 cash as a deposit. In the morning, you go to check out. The desk clerk says just one moment, I have to send someone to check the room. That person returns and says the sheets are dirty and there is a cigarette burn on the mattress, and the desk clerk says you can't have your deposit back. Then you watch as they do the same thing to four other guests. All the guests agree that the police should be called. You call the police, they come, and tell you it's a civil matter and there is nothing they can do. Then the hotel takes that opportunity to have all the guests issued trespass warnings. Guess where that happened? YEP. AT THIS HOTEL. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DUMP. fair warning.

Thankful to the utmost for my stay at ABVI. The rooms were cleaned with care. The staff was above and beyond, supremely helpful for all of my needs during my stay. Ideally located right across from the Target on I-35. I highly recommend to those traveling to Austin on a budget, looking for a room close to downtown 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dude with glasses in front is a true gentleman will be back for more stays very friendly had a mishap on a room but he fixed it for us no issues

You cannot not do better for the price, puts the la Quinta in next door to shame. The rooms are always clean and stocked with everything you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a budget room in Austin, this is the place to go

Management went above and beyond for us. We did not expect the deposit to be so much but they worked with us and let us come up with it 20min later. My wife was sick so this was very kind of them.

We came last minute and we were welcomed with open arms. Hotel is very clean, beds are very comfy. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back. 😀

Great hotel, kind staff. They are working hard on renovations. My room was great! Very clean. Since I was taking the busses, tho, there is a bit of a walk involved to get to the nearest bus stop.

The room was clean and nice, the location nice, didn't have any issues or weird vibes, noises or anything during my stay.

Very clean room and NO BUGS friendly staff as well and only thing Id suggest is to add another drain in bathroom for shower other than that we slept great n felt safe n comfy will return 😊
