We visited Canales Furniture at the Grand Plaza location in Fort Worth. We had a great experience working with Gerardo Amaya I would recommend asking for him in particular. He was very personal with a ready to help attitude. He asked about our interest, personal style and ideas. We worked hand and hand browsing the store Gerardo was very patient and understanding. We were in between different styles and what would work for our home he was great at narrowing our options. The best part for us was picking out great furniture and staying in budget which was also something Gerardo paid close attention to. He gave us information on what payment options we had and what the break down of the payments would look like for us. The experience from start to finish was amazing thank you once again Gerardo.

we were interested in a certain sectional and came by several times to view it. each time we were greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful. i made my entire purchase yesterday with Nadia which took less than 10 minutes, in and out. thank you to the La Gran Plaza location, your employees are great.

Walked in and was greeted by Elsa. She talked to me about their sales and what they had to offer. She was very helpful and informative about their products. She knows exactly what she doing, I loved her energy and time. Thank you for this wonderful experience Elsa your one of a kind boo.
