So happy with the bunk bed my kids absolutely love it ! Delivery was on time and assembly was quick! The delivery person was amazing and very kind. Would definitely recommend !

Diego has been heaven sent I love this furniture store he has always been so attentive this is not my first time buying from Palacio Furniture and will not be my last. They were super helpful. I ordered my couch at 9am and had it at 530pm the same day. Super comfortable. 10/10. The guys unloaded it and assembled it for me!

I never set foot in the store. The transaction was seamless. In fact, I believe I made it more complicated than it needed to be because of the finance company, not the actual store. That's where Diego stepped in and facilitated the transaction by thoroughly explaining my options. Aidana, Liam and Felix were all instrumental in making my purchase a big success. I first found this bed posted on marketplace on my mom Fb I sent message in Dec got a reply January this is exactly what I wanted. Will post my girls bed once I decorate their rooms ☺ the only thing I would say is after the assembly is done the boxes should also go in truck to dump because they were left in front of the house but other than that this company worked with me and im grateful 💕

Diego was quick to respond to my texts and phone calls. He helped me find the vanity I wanted. And he kept me informed of my delivery date and time.

Diego with Palacio has been great! We loved from CA back in February and was pretty much starting over. We’ve gotten 3 beds, a couch and a dining table from them. Everything is really nice quality! There’s been a few issues, but they were super helpful and made things right. We plan on getting another couch for our family room, along with the the rest of the bedroom sets for the 3 beds we got. Make sure you hit up Diego at Palacio and he’ll take care of you!

I needed a bunkbed, found these people on marketplace, the whole purchase took place on line. Seamless, price was competitive and the product was as described.
