Kasa 2nd Street Austin

I really enjoyed my stay here! It felt spacious and welcoming. Bedding was comfortable. Access was fairly easy. It was close enough to walk to things in the city but far enough to be fairly quiet at night. I also felt like all the buildings other tenants were just so kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Customer service was great (quick to respond and helpful if any questions arose). The room was clean, and was centrally located in Austin, which gave a beautiful view of the downtown. We will sure use Kasa for our next stay.

It was a large and lovely apartment right in the heart of Downtown Austin. And the rates were lower than many nearby hotels for much more space. Access is a bit tricky but they sent excellent instructions. I would definitely recommend Kasa and will stay here again.

Kasa on 2nd is a great place to stay downtown. Walking to any meal is a must for me. The suite was clean and comfortable. We had a patio which was a nice bonus.
The bedroom was shockingly quiet! They had a sound machine to ensure a good nights sleep.
We didn’t get to use the pool or gym but everything looked good!
Overall would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, rooms were clean and spacious - washer/dryer was very convenient to have in the apartment. We would 100% stay here again or in another Kasa property elsewhere.

The only confusing part was finding the property/entrance... we were walking around Austin with our suitcases for about 15 minutes. It would be great to have the entrance pinned for future visitors or make it more clear with signs, etc.

We had the city view - and even with the construction the view was splendid - especially at night. With that said, I would highly recommend getting the river view as it is just soooo beautiful. The unit is decorated with minimalist design. Which offers lots of space to just relax. Could use an extra chair in the living room. We had a couple of requests that were responded to immediately and with very courteous staff response. The sound machines provided in the bedroom is a very nice plus. The building is VERY secure and we felt safe at all times. The pool area is clean and inviting. Location is walking distance to just about everything fun and interesting or a short uber to anything cool in Austin. We would stay there again on our next visit!

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful apartment, nice and clean building, great location. The gym is really nice for a basic workout and all of the communal spaces are gorgeous. Customer service is really efficient. I asked for a few more pots/pans since I was staying for a month and the delivered an entire brand new set to me. Really good job.
One thing I find odd is that when you order cleaning it says they won't change the sheets on the bed. I specifically asked them to do this, and they did, but it is odd that this is not automatic for an $85 service. That is a small thing, everything else was fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Love the Kasa concept. This location was great, right around the corner from Moody Theater. The experience exceeded expectations. The digital hospitality was easier than dealing with front desk hotel staff. Will consider other Kasa locations when booking future vacation travel.

This is my second time staying at a Kasa in Austin for a work trip and I can't recommend highly enough. Way cheaper than hotel options near downtown and you have a whole apartment, including a kitchen, laundry, full gym, and pool! Makes business travel so much more comfortable.

Central location. Check-in process wasn’t overly difficult. Detailed instructions were provided which was great. Our room was upgraded and was very nice. No issues with noise. Would stay again. Highly recommend cafe down the street Intelligentsia Coffee Shoal Creek Coffeebar and Terry Black BBQ (20 min walk).

This is such a fantastic service apartment. It’s really modern, spacious and comfortable. It’s a great location for downtown Austin. If I ever come back to Austin, I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone to stay here! Thank you Kasa for making our trip so comfortable

Great location, very clean and quiet. Getting into the building can be a little bit challenging for those of us not used to city living, but the directions were very clear and easy to follow. The building felt very safe.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Everything we needed was there. It was also very centrally located. I will definitely stay there again.

Location location location

Kasa stay was most impressive from service to accommodation. Would most definitely recommend. Kasa was very responsive to requests and needs.

Great Value for the price! We have stayed in many AirBnb's and this by far surpassed expectations in both size, amenities, and price. The location was perfect for attending downtown events. Stroke of luck I was in walking distance to Joe Rogan's comedy club Comedy Mothership. Uber rides to the JW Mariott Austin were about $6 or a 10min walk.

Excellent value and amazing location. Large space with great amenities. Would even work well for longer stays.

Loved my stay at Kasa on 2nd Street. I'll definitely be booking with Kasa again. Some not so positive feedback though:

1. The room I was in faced a construction site and they began work around 5:30am. Not great for someone who's not a morning person. I would imagine this to continue for months.
2. There aren't any curtains in the whole apartment. The windows are covered with thin shades that let in a lot of light. Bring a sleep mask if you can't sleep during the day, because that's what it feels like beginning very early.
3. I'm not a shoes inside person and this unit only has polished concrete, so bring slippers if you're bothered by that (I always do so I was so glad I did).
4. The couch was the only comfortable place to sit, which made working from the unit a challenge. I wish there were other chair options besides the vintage-style metal ones, especially for those of us who are on business trips. I made due, but just a suggestion.

All in all, I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back to Austin.

Great location, walking distance to many areas of downtown. View was spectacular. Property was clean and quiet, and in a safe part of town. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Definitely recommend staying here.

The check in was easy, just pay attention to the instructions. The location is great and we really enjoyed not only the condo, but also the amenities which were top notch. The response from the Kasa team was quick any time we needed advise. Overall a great experience and looking forward to the next stay.
