Dr. Sharma and her staff are great and very welcoming! I began office visits last year. I was concerned about health and COVID safety protocols being followed when visiting a dental office during this time. However, their office goes above and beyond to ensure the safety of their patients. I have had several visits since then and have always felt my health is priority in all regards, from protocols that all staff follow to providing me with the best treatment options. Thank you Dr. Sharma and staff for taking such great care of me and all of your patients!

This place is great! Dr. Sharma fixed some chipped dental work from another dentist three years ago, and it's still holding strong. She and the staff take great care in your comfort and are very knowledgeable. Even though I've moved far from the area, I still go here because I've trusted her work so far and don't want to switch.

I have had a great relationship with Dr. Sharma for going on 3 years now. She is amazing at what she does and really shows you she cares about you. I’ve recently started bringing my son to see her and the staff as well. They are all very friendly and personable and demonstrate the skills and professionalism you expect in a dentist office.

I have long hated going to the dentist due to a very long history of dental issues since childhood. When we relocated it was one of the things I was dreading the most. However Dr. Sharma and her team made the experience incredible. They were thorough, KIND, pleasant and are a joy to visit. Dr. Sharma took great time to talk about options with me and I felt very heard and cared for. I didn’t feel taken advantage of or like anything offered was unnecessary. By far the best dental experience I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot! :) My first visit we created a care plan together. They were also very courteous to explain my options to me with what my insurance would cover and how to beat utilize that coverage. 6 out of 5 stars from me!!

Best dentist I have ever had - The office always is welcoming and makes you feel like family. After switching from a corporate dentist that neglected my teeth in order to push high-priced procedures, Dr. Sharma has provided me with the utmost professional care. Dr. Sharma always makes it a point to work with my insurance to ensure I receive the highest quality of care, without paying anything out of pocket. My teeth have never been healthier thanks to Dr. Sharma and her team of professional staff!

My husband and I have been to several dental practices in Austin. We love the dentist here and love that we see the same dentist every visit. Several places we have been you see a different dentist and at every visit was trying to be sold additional services (various orthodontics, whitening etc.)

Also the front office is very welcoming and organized. There is hardly ever a wait from the scheduled appointment time. Once I had to leave to pick up my daughter and they were very sweet and accommodating. I would highly recommend supporting this practice.

Everything about my experience with doctor Sharma and her team was A+ care.
I was introduced to Dr. Sharma through Opencare. I was able to text directly to an Opencare individual who works at Grand Oaks at the front desk.
When I went in for my check-up, Dr. Sharma immediately noticed the way my jaw moved then asked questions about my history, my sleep, my medical issues and current situation. After the check-up, I was told about things no other dentist had mentioned previously, though the issues were evident (to a professional). Dr. Sharma got to the root of one of my major issues, sleep.
I was instructed to get a sleep evaluation through my primary care doctor and now have a CPAP.
At my next appointment with Dr. Sharma I learned about a dental device available to me for the same issue. I will pursue this as an alternative to the CPAP.
Either way, I now have experienced “REAL” and restorative sleep. The difference is unimaginable. I never knew and now I’m experiencing life AWAKE and without persistent fatigue.
I always have ‘excellent’ check-ups and wasn’t told that I had bone loss (by previous dentists). Although my teeth are generally not an issue, my gums were starting to be affected. The team at Grand Oaks gave me great information and showed me additional things to do to get my gums back to healthy, prevent more bone loss and helped me completely understand how all the mouth components work together.
I like going to the dentist, but now I know there’s even more to mouth, gum, tooth care than I knew. I did think I was doing well and wouldn’t have changed a thing about my oral care. I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Sharma and her amazing, friendly, knowledgeable team. She’s not just a dentist, she cares about oral care and treats the WHOLE PERSON. THIS is what dentistry SHOULD be.
I’ve told many, many people about my experience and want to make sure to share it publicly, so others can experience the greatness available to them.
If you don’t like going to the dentist for whatever reason, I believe that Dr. Sharma and her team can make you comfortable and get you back on track to the best oral, mental and health care available.
The office is conveniently located (South) in a low-traffic area, so I never have any issues getting there and have a few choices of my route. The team is available by text for questions, to make appointments or give information.

Went in for a cleaning and Dr. Sharma and her staff were as awesome as last time. Alyssa was very attentive and did a complete and thorough job of cleaning my teeth. I hope to have many more awesome experiences with Dr. Sharma and her staff over the upcoming years

I had an urgent dental issue and wanted to find a dentist near me. I chose Grand Oaks Dentistry after reading the many positive reviews online and had my first visit today. While I have never had a bad dental experience I have developed terrible anxiety at just the thought of seeing a dentist and due to that have let my dental issues get pretty terrible. I was only scheduled for an emergency visit today but the office took the time for a full set of xrays and a detailed visit by the doctor and I am so grateful that they did. I have some serious issues and a long road ahead to address them but I cannot stress enough how wonderful I was treated today not only by Dr.Sharma but each and every staff member at this practice. I have a lot of anxiety about all I need to have taken care of but I feel absolutely sure that Dr Sharma and her staff will take great care of me!

Dr. Sharma is great. Whenever my 3 year old son plays dentist with me always pretends to be Dr. Sharam or asks me to be just like her specially when I want to brush his teeth. Service is great too. Love the new office design :)

I can't believe I'm saying this: I have a favorite dentist! Dr. Sharma is so sweet and kind on my teeth. I am the type to cry out of anxiety when going to the dentist, but Dr. Sharma and her staff are so excellent, I no longer fear getting cleanings or fillings. I've gotten fillings on upper and lower molars at Grand Oaks Dentistry and I will go for all my cleanings. Dr. Sharma is fantastic!

Very comfortable, professional, & organized place of business. It's amazing to see the Dr & her staff work as a team, but best believe the Dr will get on u about oral hygiene fair warning lol. But all seriousness they take good care of u while doing quality work, trust the process I did & have been smiling every sense 😁!

Incredible customer service! From the front desk personnel who initially greet you to the interaction with Dr. Sharma, the experience was excellent. It is evident that this practice focuses on patient care and puts the needs if the patient first. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sharma and the team at Grand Oaks Dentistry have been wonderful and have taken good care of me over the past several years. I grind my teeth and have for years, and Dr. Sharma proactively and aggressively treated me with additional cleanings and two nightguards (soft and hard plastic). I had a couple of dental emergencies over the last 5 years -- one needing a root canal and another chipping a crown -- and her team was able to fit me in same day. On another occasion, I was traveling and she called me over the weekend to offer advice. Finally, based on my grinding she suspected sleep apnea; I had a sleep study and she was right. Treating my sleep apnea has been nothing short of life-changing -- I am sleeping better, have energy throughout the day, and feel happier. All in, her care for her patients goes well beyond just teeth and I am grateful for all she has done for me. Go see her for all your dental needs (and more)! :)

I’ve never had a dentist as kind, caring and informative as Dr Sharma. The office staff are also very professional and sweet. My dad referred me to them and I’m definitely referring other family and friends.

Put succinctly, this is the most pleasant dentist's office I have ever been to, with the most pleasant dentist and a wonderful staff to match. If you come to this dentist, you will absolutely be happy with your choice. I initially gave them a shot on a friend's referral - I'll drive across town to see them now.
