DO NOT RECOMMEND getting anything replaced/ fixed here they will steal pieces from your jewelry!! And when confronted NICELY about it they had the audacity to be rude and say it’s not true..

So my husband bought me a ring 3 weeks ago here. One week later 2 diamonds were missing and I had to get the ring repaired. Then once again within a week of first repair another diamond is missing. They make you pay to have your ring repaired because they are not responsible for wear and tear. I could understand that if the ring was 6 months to a year old. But it's three weeks old. To me it's a bad quality ring sold to me.

I went to go get the safety of a gold chain repaired and the man who repaired it removed pieces and links thinking I wouldn’t notice! KARMA WILL GET U (:

Went to get battery replaced in watch when the man doing the repair came back I noticed my watch fit more snug I explained to him a link had been removed after I argued with him then he tried to say he broke it and pulled out links (which I believe not true) THIEFS

Don’t go here for any service!! They steal from their customers and they have the worst customer service. When confronted about missing gold, they rudely kicked us out. This place will be reported and action will be taken accordingly.

Bad service when I went to get my chain they took gold off it and when I went to say they took gold off they treated me with bad respect,told me to leave in a rude way.Not a good place to get jewelry fixed or buy gold.
