Dr Poon is an awesome dr. She takes her time with you no rush. I’ve been using her for 2 years. She works with me on not having insurance I am a cash pay patient . Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Amy Lewis is great and I've been under for the last 3-5 years. She's the 3rd Provider I've had since I got under this Practice in 2012. My 1st Provider passed away and my 2nd one retired. Now I'm under Tesfa/Lewis. I've had a great rapport with Lewis since day one.

Dr. Poon was the first Neurologist that actually performed extensive testing to verify my Parkinson's. I really like her. Very through, and every appointment on time within 10-15 minutes.

The care and first visit with Dr.Poon was absolutely wonderful, as well as the office staff? My Dad is no an easy one to please, and he even commented on how nice it was to find a good Dr. We are very pleased and look forward to his care with Dr.Poon

I see Dr Tesfa & Amy Lewis. Mostly Amy & she’s the best!! Takes her time, thorough, and LISTENS!!!! I feel any concerns w/ my health directly/indirectly she gives her all & best advice!!

Dr. McMichael is the best there is!

My doctor is thorough, thoughtful and caring. She covered all tge bases to help me.

I was referred here by my primary doctor but i been having a hard time getting an appointment here. It always takes like two months before your next appointment can be scheduled it seems. I first made appointment in October. I haven’t seen the doctor yet so my review is not for the doctor but for the inconvenience of the place. I been having stabbing pains throughout my body this year and have been experiencing brain fog with my short term memory getting worse. I went to the regular doctor and everything that they checked was normal, it wasn’t diabetic related so I think it could be MS or at least something else neurologically related. I was hoping to find out before my insurance was up but we had to wait to the beginning of the year for the pay to be less and now the next appointment won’t be until February unless there is a cancellation sooner possibly for January. If i’m able to actually get in with the Doctor I will change the rating if with good experience but as of now i’m worried I won’t be able to find out what’s going on with me.

Can't even get new patient signup to answer the phone or call back. I've been calling for weeks and they NEVER answer the phone. One message I finally got a call back 3 days later but I happen to be in a dentist chair so I couldn't answer, and now I'm back to playing phone tag with them.

I made my appointment last year as the closest appointment I could get was March 2. I received a call at 5pm the day before my appointment to tell me I need a new referral because it expired. Why couldn’t they tell me this, I don’t know, when I made the appointment? But no, they called at 5pm the day before so I can’t even get a new referral as my doctor is closed.

Not only I had to book an appointment months out but this is the third time having an issue just getting a damn appointment with the neurologist. Unprofessional. Super upset and just cancelled. They tried to put me on the cancellation list even after telling me they had several cancellations today. Now why would I want to be on a cancellation list when I already was and received no calls for todays cancellations? An absolute waste of time.

Avoid this place unless you want to get strung and jerked around.

Like another reviewer, I have left numerous messages to get an appointment with no luck. I did go get a referral and my doctor sent it over to them. Did they reach out? No. Have they returned any of my calls over the last few months? No. Gave up. Had to start over with a new referral. Glad it wasn’t life threatening. (Insert large eye roll here)

Never ever went to a FNP as RUDE & INSULTING and ARGUMENTIVE as I did today. S.H showed many levels unprofessional behavior to me as a patient. I can personally see why this office has such low ratings. This person said she was not interested in finding a solution to my problem because I wouldn’t accept her diagnoses, only she has never seen me for the problem. This FNP never has never tested me ever and yet told me she didn’t need test to diagnose my worsening deteriorating nerve issues. What a waste of money and time.

I got a referral from my doctor and have tried to set an appointment up for a month now. There telephone service is broken, when you push zero for a operator they say they cant help you and they are for emergencys only and if you stay on the line it hangs up on you. I have found this is what happens when you dial the number directly, but when clicking the link through google search link to call it gives you different options for transfer to different doctors it's the same number though. This makes making an appointment near impossible. Just a heads up for anyone in the future!!!

I saw dr. Poon the neurologist at Methodist Mansfield this evening and let me say what an idiot this woman is LOL she actually had to go to tell me that I was faking my symptoms which I have been to two other doctors that don't seem to agree to that statement and ask my husband and my sister to leave the room as she begin to interrogate me like I was some kind of criminal I'm not sure what she was trying to get at but she was very disrespectful she was very stupid she had no bedside manner and I wouldn't recommend a dying goat to this retard I will never see her again and I will make sure I call the board to let them know what kind of person they have running their neurology department she was very rude very self-centered and honestly I think she got offended by the fact that when she came into the room we were praying and her Asian upbringing couldn't handle it LOL good riddance and I'll find a doctor that knows what they're doing from now on because obviously this person is a moron and needs to have her license removed from. . Oh and she also told me that the doctor that I was seeing to be treated for my Hashimoto's didn't know what they were doing and that real doctors didn't respect them as if my doctor that I'm seeing is not a real doctor he's an MD that is practice internal medicine with Baylor Hospital dr. Cory rice for many many years and has a great outstanding review and she needs to do her research before she runs her mouth about someone else's doctor just because she doesn't know what the hell she's talking about

I wish I could give it zero stars. This is the only doctor office I have walked out mid visit during my short life of fifty (50) years. My friends and I laughed in college calling the campus clinic a "quack shack". This is a quack shack, and not funny at all. I do not recommend this organization and suggest going to a voodoo doctor for a better consultation. Neither place provides sound advise, but at least the voodoo doctor gives dolls to play with.

I was referred here to see a neuro for my migraines and have not been able to get an appointment. I leave messages (when the number actually works) and get no call back. It’s very frustrating to NEED HELP and have to deal with this.

Front staff is very rude. They pick up, stay on the phone for about 30 seconds and click. What a joke.

Not pleased.
