Cannot say enough about these guys. We were told a while back by the insurance that the roof had no need of being replaced, despite leaks on the interior. Justin Visitacion not only got the roof covered, but the gutters, siding, and garage door as well! It’s like we have a new house! Our family is a James Kate family from now on.

Jame Kate Roofing is a jewel of a company. I was first introduced to them a few years ago when they put a new roof on my mom's house. Since then, I have used them for repairs on my home and there is nothing negative that I can say about the company nor their employees. I feel comforted that they are great people, and I have never felt taken advantage of. They are also great conversationalists. James Kate is one of the businesses that I feel that when they have completed a job, I will know that I have one of the best in the business.

I normally don't write reviews, but was very impressed by James Kate Roofing and the wonderful job they did on replacing my roof. Good communication from start to finish and the coordination with my insurance company was 1st rate. The replacement was quick -1/2 day, done in a professional manner and most important was done right.
They are an established business and not a "fly by night" outfit. The process was easy and the crew that did the replacement was really good. Attention to detail was noted and appreciated.

From the start to the finish, I had superior customer service and satisfaction with the sales team, Brian and production manager, Wesley, & Kyla. I started out with them because I noticed some shingles missing. Brian was prompt to coming out and providing assistance to remedy it while in the process of getting another roof put on. However, my insurance at the time did not think that my roof was in need for a full replacement. so as time went on, I noticed more issues with my roof throughout the year,. I contacted Brian and he said let’s work with Kyla on getting a 2nd review with Insurance. Thankfully, my insurance agreed with Kyla’s report and replaced my roof. That was a big victory as I was ready to pay out of pocket for a new roof.

Once the project was transferred from the sales team to the production team, I worked with Wesley. Wesley was prompt in answering any of my questions and ensuring that I was taken care of. On Roofing day, he was very detail oriented in finding any loose nails, and any deficiencies that may have been caused from the Roofing team. Even though there was minimal deficiencies, he addressed all of them as soon as possible without questions.

Lastly, I highly recommend this roofing company!!!!!

James Kate Roofing is awesome. If it weren't for Mike Dedeluk we wouldn't have gotten a roof. Our insurance company denied the claim and Mike fought for us. He met with the insurance company supervisor's and they paid the claim. Thank you to Mike and James Kate Roofing for going the extra mile for us.

I have had the pleasure of working with a company James Kate Construction who where absolutely phenomenal. They replaced my roof, installed new gutters, painted my garage & shutters and even repaired my fence. As homeowners we look for honesty in a business. Well...Mr. Isaac Price was exceptional at doing that! Extremely nice guy who assured me that the house was going to look amazing! He also did a emergency Tarp because it hailed so badly it started to drip through. I Appreciate great work and I’m truly thankful for a job well done!

Shannon and her team did an awesome job fixing and coordinating all the repairs from our hail damage claim. She worked well with our insurance company. She coordinated with the window repair company and the solar company to get all the repairs done. She was very helpful and knowledgeable providing us peace of mind. We had a grand roof replacement experience! Never have I seen a more efficient and timely crew of roofers. They were knowledgeable, organized, focused and friendly. There was no goofing off, stretching the project longer than it needed to go, or getting to points in the project where they lost their way. From start to finish, it was an upscale production! Due to the recent hail storms I needed to replace my roof and since I have solar panels, I was looking for a company that could do both. Justin from James Kate was very professional and answered all of my questions. Justin worked with my insurance company and my roof was replaced in a timely manner. My solar panels weren't harmed in anyway. Everyone I've had contact with has been professional and nice. I would recommend James Kate for your roofing and solar needs.
