Two Sisters Restaurant

This was my 1st time trying this local place but it will NOT be my last. This food is so very flavorful, so much to choose from and you take the love of family in every bite.

My while family enjoyed it... I forgot to add the pic of the gallon of Punch that set it ALL off. We'll definitely be back!!!

Cannot begin to praise to place enough. Small spot, huge on flavor. Authentic creole and Cajun food. My parents are some of the must picky restaurant goers ever, I took them here, and nothing but praise. Highly recommend. And try the Crawfish etouffee.

Back again, bringing family for the first time. Updating this review mainly for pics. Only complaint was from my daughter, she said the mac-n-cheese was too cheesy.... no such thing, I tasted it and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This place one of the best food places in the DFW area hands down! The food taste down-home, original, and very very good. This food has great quality. The smothered pork chops I had was above what I expected. This is a family own business, the father and 2 boys cook while the daughter is the waitress (per the daughter). They are from New Orleans which explains why the food taste so good. Words cannot explain what I tasted when I went here. Please stop by for yourself...

Went here for lunch based on a co-workers recommendation. I had the gumbo and cajun chicken bites. Both were delicious and service was great! Will definitely be back to try other menu items!

Do not let the modest look of this hidden gem fool you. Though sparsley decorated and adorned by autographs of previous patrons, the food here is outstanding. Disappointed that we missed out on coming here earlier, out family will make up for that soon. Two sisters had an extensive New Orleans menu with deep home cooking. The best red beans and rice this side of the TX/LA border. The Po boy French bread is delightfully soft yet crusty. Okra fried perfectly without being burned or greasy. Don't forget to ask for the secret 'Sunday Sauce' for dipping. This little spot has some of the best and most polite wait staff.

I had seen this place several times and wanted to try it but never went in. I decided when a work friend of mine said Let's go to lunch to try it. oh boy I am so happy that I did.! I got the Crawfish and crab balls and she got the boudin balls these are the best balls in town. I also got the pasta Mardi Gras and she got the etouffee. I will continue to go there until I have tried everything on the menu it was that wonderful. From the waiter with the raspy voice to the atmosphere to the food 18 stars!

Great environment, food, and prices! The crawfish fries were amazing and the blackened catfish was cooked perfectly. Even with it being busy we had such great service!

Two Sisters HAS always been my go to for Nawlins cuisine. This isn't my 1st time here, I've been here multiple times. The crawfish etouffee is my favorite. A generous amount of crawfish all throughout along with the big ole piece of fried catfish, you can't go wrong! If you haven't tried them, do so soon!.

First time eating good home cooked southern food. And I can't say how good it was.

The waitress was very charming and happy to offer suggestions. Going for the Catfish Etouffe was a great pick, and I left very. Very. Happy!

I only regret I was only able to visit once. It would be a mainstay in my weekly life if I was closer!

No frills banquet room feel and very little AC but the service is outstanding and the food even better. Heavy handed on the salt but that didn't stop me!

I’ve been in Texas for almost 3 year’s . I have visited many restaurants and I’m not a easy person to satisfy. Two Sisters was outstanding from the smile on the waiters face to the conversations. The portions were overwhelming with great prices. Very affordable. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food..🤤..let’s just say this is my favorite restaurant. 🥰🥰🥰🤤🤤🤤

Fantastic food and excellent service. The shrimp etouffee was incredibly good; the catfish was fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned; jambalaya was one of the best I've ever had, and same goes for the bread pudding...that rum sauce is just...wow

One of my favorite places today I had the fish and gumbo! I also bought a jug of Who Dat Punch!They have yellow and red punch but today I tried the red one and I must say it’s my favorite!!

Two sisters came put for the Texas Harley Davidson crawfish broil, and this place did an absolute amazing job! 10/10 recommend.

Fast, friendly and the best cajun cuisine this far from NOLA. A lot of food for the price point so be prepared to clean you plate.

Wife and I went for first time today and will definitely be back! Was a little warm in building, but the solo server was great balancing between tables and the numerous take out customers. We got the red beans and rice and the flavor and spice was spectacular. Wife got crawfish etouffe that was superb and I got the combo platter, seasoning on fish was excellent. Really enjoyed this meal. Hard to find good Cajun food in DFW but this place is excellent. Wanted to know their history but server was working to hard!

I spent this week in a training class in Hurst and happened upon this phenomenal restaurant. Having been born and raised in Louisiana, I am always looking for an authentic Cajun food experience and atmosphere. The food is absolutely legit and it is prepared and served by friendly people. I met the owner of the restaurant because he was engaged with his customers in the dining room in between creating his delicious food. I visited twice this week just to try as much of the menu I could. I would advise anyone looking for fantastic Cajun food served by fantastic people to try Two Sisters. Now that I am aware of this gem, I will be making the trip often.
